Transcript
00:00Hello there and a very good morning to you on this Wednesday morning which is
00:04chilly outside but the most it will be a pleasant day with some sunshine however
00:08still quite a squeeze with the wind down towards the southeast and we've seen
00:13showers through the last 24 hours a few showers are through this morning
00:16elsewhere that high pressure certainly casting an influence right the way
00:20through the day and this weather front here just to the west remains over open
00:24water so perhaps a bit more cloud across the Western Nails generally speaking
00:28though remaining fine with that sunshine coming through the air is not
00:31particularly warm but even so the Sun still strong so not feeling too bad at
00:36all through the afternoon this morning though just one or two very light
00:40showers across Pennine districts never really amounting to very much and still
00:44that brisk breeze near the Channel Coast however through the day we'll see the
00:49cloud break here lying for some sunshine sunshine elsewhere with that cloud just
00:53drifting very slowly across the sky the winds remained fairly light a better day
00:57across Shetland and Orkney with this weather front here just towards the west of the
01:02Outer Hebrides bit of a breeze through the afternoon across the western side of
01:06Scotland as temperatures arrive around 15 to 18 degrees Celsius but that wind
01:11continues through the afternoon across East Anglia the East Midlands home
01:15counties down towards the far southeast now through this evening and overnight
01:20yet again starry skies winds remain light inland so you could see one or two mist and fog patches more of a breeze
01:28towards the east here and notice across the near continent more cloud and a little rain
01:33which could cast an influence across the far southeast as we head into Thursday
01:37morning so a chance one or two showery bursts elsewhere it's another fine day sunny
01:42spells coming through again a wind which will strengthen through the day towards
01:47the west there across Northern Ireland as well as the western side of Scotland a
01:51mix of cloud and sunshine through the day brighter skies later towards the
01:56southeast that brisk breeze here but inland temperatures 18 or 19 degrees Celsius
02:0017 for the central belt of Scotland so a pleasant day to come and a similar
02:05situation into Friday have a lovely day and I'll see you again soon
