00:00As we take a look to the tropics, well, Gabrielle, a Category 4 hurricane as of 5 p.m. today.
00:05It was a powerhouse, yeah, but moving east-northeast now and eventually more easterly,
00:10so it will bring some rain and wind, though it won't be a tropical system by the time it hits the Iberian Peninsula, Portugal and Spain.
00:16Yeah, no direct land impacts while it's at hurricane status.
00:19Some rip currents, some rough seas for the east coast of the U.S. over the next 24 hours or so,
00:24but it's the next two tropical waves that we're really watching.
00:27Yeah, this is going to be problematic here.
00:28One of these will become Umberto most likely, somewhat of a race against time,
00:32and counterintuitively, it's the eastern wave that has the earliest opportunity for development.
00:37Yeah, it's the western wave that has the better chance of impacting the U.S.,
00:42so we'll be watching closely, and if you're thinking, okay, do we get both at the same time,
00:46that is not the most likely scenario.
00:48Jeff's going to break down some of the more likely scenarios coming up in a couple minutes here.
