00:00After a run of good form from their top players, former West Indies youth captain Zaheer Ali believes the Trinbago Knight Riders hold the edge against the Guyana Amazon Warriors going into the final.
00:11I want to maintain my consistency. I think TK Harris played some exceptional cricket.
00:16Yes, they had some shortfalls in between, but I think when you look overall, I think that they, in my respect for you, I think that they would be having the edge this afternoon.
00:28He also gave some insight on what he felt a winning total will be.
00:32Well, if you look at the overall performances of the various teams across the CPL, you realize that, you know, heavy scoring, 150 plus consistently by most of the teams, if I should say that.
00:43So, you know, to be safe, if you're batting first, I think that you will be wanting to score, you know, 185 plus, you know, to at least put pressure, you know, on the team that is chasing.
00:55So what would a title do for either team?
00:57Yes, most recently, we saw the, from an athletics field, you saw Keyshawn Walcott and Jeremy Richards, you know, both gold and silver respectively home.
01:07So I don't think they are bringing a title home to Trinbago definitely will do well for the red, white and black.
01:13And similarly for Guyana, they now have entered a new political tenure.
01:18And I think that bringing a title home as well will do well, you know, for the Guyana.
