The One Caribbean Media family is mourning tonight following the loss of veteran journalist Sterling Henderson.

00:00Henderson, deputy head of news at I-95.5 FM, was found unresponsive at his home in Aruka on Saturday morning.
00:08Henderson's distinctive voice was familiar to listeners across the nation.

00:32Sterling's passing has shaken us up.
00:37It really came as a surprise to us.
00:42And as a result, it has left us shattered as a team and indeed as a company.
00:49Sterling has been with us for many, many years.
00:51He has been a part of our professional and personal lives for so many years.
00:56I was told earlier that he joined us back in 2002.
01:02So if you do the math, you will see how significant his inputs have been and how important he was to the team.
01:14He was important to the product.
01:17And we are very grateful for that.
