00:23will now have an allotted time frame within which repairs must be effected,
00:28including but not limited to no identification lights for the illumination of identification marks on vehicles at night, three days,
00:38vehicle with defective fittings, seven days to rectify,
00:43unauthorized lights to front or rear vehicles, three days, and vehicle without taillights, three days.
