00:00In SEC battle, roughly a touchdown favorite, Oklahoma is the home team.
00:04The expectations for your Auburn Tigers heading into Oklahoma.
00:07We know back when I was in the 90s in the SEC,
00:10the SEC West was the toughest division in the country,
00:13but we didn't have Oklahoma, we didn't have Texas,
00:16and now it's just so much tougher, and this is another tough one,
00:21Auburn going into Oklahoma.
00:23But you know what?
00:24I just think this game, again, it's all about, you know,
00:27is Matier better than Jackson Arnold,
00:31or is Jackson Arnold better than what they thought he was as Oklahoma?
00:36I think the answer is yes and yes.
00:37I think Matier is better.
00:38I don't think it's going to come down to just the quarterbacks.
00:41I think Auburn's got a very, very good defense.
00:43They'll play great.
00:44I think the difference will be in their running game.
00:46I think they'll run the football.
00:48They've got one of the top running backs in the conference,
00:50and I like Auburn and the points in this game when they go into Oklahoma.
00:55Very interesting matchup.
00:56I'm curious to see how this plays out, Coach.
00:59The biggest thing, when you and I spoke all week,
01:01as well as turnover margin,
01:03are we concerned about Matier and this Oklahoma team minus five in turnover margin?
01:08He has thrown an interception in three straight weeks.
01:12Are you worried about that going up against Auburn,
01:14or do you still feel Oklahoma pushes tempo to get Jackson Arnold in a track meet?
01:20Yeah, Neil, you know what?
01:21I think that's one of the reasons I picked Auburn in the line that they have,
01:26because they've had no turnovers.
01:28They have not turned the ball over.
01:29I think Hugh Freeze is being very conservative in his play call.
01:33That's why Arnold is not thrown for very much yardage in the turnovers they've had at Oklahoma.
01:39But that's the factor.
01:41I think the X factor is Brent Venables calling defenses against a quarterback that he knows how Jackson Arnold plays.
01:48He knows what he does good, what he does bad.
01:51The exotic blitzes that you'll see out of Brent Venables, head coach, and now the defensive coordinator.
01:57Coach, can I squeeze one in real quick with you here?
01:58Michigan and Nebraska.
02:00We're roughly at a pick-em now.
02:01Michigan goes back on the road in a tough environment, but we're waiting on that big win from Nebraska.
02:05What do you see today?
02:06You know, I remember back when we talked about Nebraska and home was so good,
02:10but they do have an incredibly good home field advantage when they are playing well.
02:15But Dylan Rayola, he's got a year under his belt.
02:18I think Underwood's still got a few mistakes left him in as a rookie quarterback.
02:22I'm going with, in a basic toss-up game, I'm going with Nebraska.
