Chicken pot pie has never been more quick or easy-to-make than with this simple sheet pan recipe. In this video, Nicole shows you how to make sheet pan chicken pot pie with buttery puff pastries and the classic mixed veggie and chicken filling. 00:01This right here is a slab of comfort.
00:03Start with the classic filling,
00:04cooking up onions and celery and butter.
00:06Season it with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
00:08Then go in with flour and cook that down a minute.
00:10Whisk in some chicken stock and stir in heavy cream,
00:12and bring this to a simmer to thicken.
00:13Stir in mixed veggies and chicken,
00:15and let that cook for about five minutes.
00:16Then pour that mixture into your sheet pan.
