00:00Biscuits and gravy, pot pie is what's for breakfast.
00:02Why have we never done this before?
00:04Start by browning two pounds of sausage
00:06in an ovenproof skillet and then add in the lighter parts
00:08of a green onion and saute that for about a minute.
00:10Stir in your flour, then add your milk
00:12and stir it all together until it thickens.
00:14You wanna simmer this for about five minutes,
00:15then finish it off with a little hot sauce
00:17and the rest of the green onion.
00:18Turn off the heat and then take a can of biscuits,
00:20split them into thinner layers
00:21and shingle them around the skillet.
00:23Brush them with egg and sprinkle
00:24with everything bagel seasoning,
00:25then bake it at 375 degrees for 18 to 20 minutes
00:28or until it's browned and bubbly.
00:30Be sure and cook it on a baking sheet
00:31in case it bubbles over.
00:32Oh my gosh.
00:34Y'all just look how good this looks.
00:36We call that the perfect bite.
