00:00Pakatan Harapan Youth took PAS Youth Chief Afnan Hamimi Taib Azamuddin to task today

00:06for linking the scuffle in Kampung Sungai Baru to the recently tabled Urban Renewal Bill.

00:12In a statement, PH Youth Chief Wu Kaleong said it was a known fact that the acquisition of land

00:18in the Malay enclave took place under the Perikatan National Administration in 2021.

00:24He said PAS Deputy President Tuan Ibrahim Tuan Man had urged those involved in the land

00:29acquisition to explain the decision to the affected residents.

00:34He said PAS Youth should therefore push the PN leadership for an answer

00:38instead of trying to find fault with the unity government.

00:42Afnan was reported as saying that yesterday's scuffle, which left a senior cop with a bloodied face,

00:47was a trailer for things to come once the Urban Renewal Bill is passed,

00:52adding that the wing would continue to oppose the cruel bill.

00:55Wu said that PAS Youth should not twist facts to cover up its failures during its time in power,

01:02adding that politics based on lies will only destroy the country's unity.
