00:00What terrified me the most is that I don't know how to swim.
00:04So that's, yeah, so I don't know how to swim.
00:06So I took a swimming, one swimming lesson at my home before I'm going to this.
00:12It went good, thank God, because I'm glad I learned how to do a backstroke.
00:17You know, I actually put like, you know, put a sweatshirt on.
00:20She did these swimming lessons with her clothes on.
00:23Because, you know, because you have clothes on there.
00:26Yeah, and you have your army gear on.
00:28And so I was just like, so that's why I was terrified the most.
00:31Because I didn't know how to swim.
00:32And if you watched the last season, it was like all about the water.
00:36And I was like, oh my God, I'm like, you know, so I was afraid to drown.
00:40So now I feel more comfortable in the water.
00:43Like if we go on a boat or a yacht, like I'll be able to jump into the ocean.
00:47Now I feel more comfortable.
00:49And like, yeah, it was the most challenging thing that I've ever done.
00:52Um, and I, you know, I'm, you know, definitely this, doing the show changed me.
00:59So, and like, you know, after doing it, like you reflect and, you know, there, you'll have
01:08to watch the show and see, you know, what happened.
01:11And so, and, you know, in a good way, in a good way, which I'm, you know, happy to say,
01:18yes.
01:19Every morning I would wake up, we didn't know what we were going to do.
01:22So I had butterflies just like, what, what are we going to do today?
01:26Like that was terrifying.
01:28Just thinking like, what, what's to come?
01:31Um, but water for me as well, just like was something that I knew was going to be a challenge
01:35because I didn't really know how to swim.
01:37So I learned how to swim.
01:39One of the, the Marines taught me how to swim just to make sure that, you know, it was safe
01:43out there.
01:44But like, I didn't have all the confidence that I needed to like, you know, just, um,
01:49to pass each, I guess, challenge, but I learned how to swim.
