00:23Bolsonaro carried out the coup attempt.
00:26The prosecution emphasizes that Bolsonaro and his officials documented their coup actions
00:31in their entirety through recordings, handwritings, digital files and exchange of electronic messages.
00:39The prosecutor Paulo Goneta explained that Haida Bolsonaro is the main articulator of these
00:44crimes with which he sought to fracture the rule of law in order to remain in power.
00:56The former head of state of Brazil, together with seven of his former officials, is accused
01:02of leading or being part of an ARC criminal organization that attacked the democratic rule of law.
01:08They have also been charged with causing serious damage through violence and threats, as well
01:14as damaging protected federal property.
