00:00Hello and welcome to Manchester World, my name is Theo Kusenbetz and today I'm out on the streets of Greater Manchester
00:04asking people about the Great British Bake Off. It's just about to return to the screens, it's everyone's favourite show
00:09across the UK and in fact internationally, so we want to know if people were on the Bake Off, what one thing they would bake
00:15to impress the judges and whether they think they stood a chance of winning any of the weeks on Bake Off.
00:19Let's go see what they had to say.
00:21Not a big baker, but probably a brownie. I feel like a brownie is quite hard to screw up, so I feel like it's well within my real house.
00:27So I thought you were doing that.
00:30I would lose every Bake Off episode, but I would probably try and bake sort of like a nice flapjack or something like that.
00:42Something that's a bit more easy to worry about as my baking skills aren't breaking.
00:47No, we weren't a big baking household, so I grew up in South Africa and both my parents were working,
00:53so we had a living person cooking a lot of our food and we weren't big bakers.
