00:13According to the communique of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the objective of this virtual meeting will be to exchange reflections on the current situation
00:21and to make reference to the possible implications of the military movements promoted by the U.S. Department of State and their effects on peace, security and regional stability.
00:33For the last two weeks, the U.S. has been threatening several Latin American and Caribbean nations.
