00:22held a bilateral meeting with the Secretary General of the United Nations, António Guterres.
00:28Moncada gave a detailed account of the events related to the armed attack that took place in Venezuela.
00:33He explained that the aggression included the massive deployment of aircraft, combat helicopters and special forces in a progressive operation,
00:42dating back to the least August of this year, when the buildup of U.S. military forces in the Caribbean began.
00:49On the other hand, the government informed that the United Nations Secretary General said that the recent U.S. military incursion into Venezuelan territory
