03:01after investigators say he rear-ended a gmc while driving a white dodge ram pickup truck per the

03:07affidavit cutler offered the other driver two thousand dollars to not call the police i would

03:11have taken it during the conversation with color officers noticed a strong odor of alcohol color

03:17was also slurring his words and had bloodshot eyes oh sounds like jay cutler franklin police

03:23reportedly found a rifle and a loaded pistol in the center console the 42 year old color was

03:28initially charged with driving under the influence possessing a gun while intoxicated and failure to

03:31exercise due care and implied consent the weapons charge was dropped after the guilty plea

05:14i went home and put my stuff away but they was like making sure i wasn't gonna make a run for it

05:21for three days then when i got to jail there was 400 camera crews of course i'm like your star it's

05:27three days in jail for a speeding ticket was mary kay cabot there oh no mary kay

05:33so no so i go to jail they make me black they took my shoelaces dog come on you ain't killing

05:43yourself though come on what's going on you're gonna hang yourself yeah wait so i said i said y'all

05:49gonna put me in a jumpsuit this ain't that type of jail i'm like you took my shoelaces

05:54like i'm not i don't know what you think goes on here so then i go in the thing

06:00i get in the bottom bunk there's somebody up top right yeah so i had a i had a roommate

06:11no he was doing weekend jail he was about to get he was about to get off so they just order food so

06:17the food coming like a little brown bag no not brown bag oh it had like the styrofoam thing

06:22okay right had a burger and fries oh wow right now i just played a football game you got fine so i

06:28looked up top i'm like you getting ready to get out of here right you go ahead on and give me that

06:33burger you took two burgers you greedy lee rice jesus hit that guy your did you tell him to take

06:43the bottom afterwards so wait so like yeah but no it was like yeah you ain't gonna need it i'm like

06:49i'm sitting here now here's the funny part about it you could just tap on the door and say phone

07:05just call whenever but i did 72 hours straight not day not three days no 72 hours so i got there like

07:16eight now i miss new year's but what i did do before i went to lock up before i did my stint

07:35so i packed my truck right so i went straight from jail to my truck that was fully loaded with gas

07:43and clothes and my golf clubs and i got the hell up you went to the golf course i went straight no

07:49i went straight to new orleans drove home oh okay yeah did you tell anybody at home where you were

07:54other than family everybody knew it was on tv dude it was like a national it was covered nationally

08:02i think it was the a block on the espn sports hey dude but i'm rumbling bubbling stumbling

08:08i'm like i'm telling you i've never seen so many so many cameras over a three-day stint in jail

08:16i'm like y'all got to do better after rumbling and tumbling 450 yards leroi hoard had to rumble to

08:22the cleveland municipal three days all the while i thought i was being responsible but i set my alarm

08:30at one o'clock to go how fast i could go on on the highway unbelievable he just wanted to try it out

08:38yeah well i i was 20 22 years old it's fair everybody's a lot of mistakes wrong city see

08:42if you were in dallas that would have been nothing they would have gave the cop the ticket
