00:00It's 5.42 a.m. at this Volusia County trading card shop.
00:05And this guy here seems to know exactly what he's after.
00:09He begins filling the plastic container with dozens of rare and extremely valuable Pokemon cards.
00:17We're talking a first edition jungle Pikachu, a Japanese terrestrial festival Eevee,
00:24and a 2022 Charizard V-Star Secret Rare.
00:30He tosses a chair and then opens the display case.
00:35And into the pile goes a 1999 Yellow Cheeks Pikachu and a 2023 Charizard EX Special Illustration worth $700.
00:49He quickly moves on, stopping at this glass cabinet filled with Pokemon trainer boxes and booster bundles.
00:58He topples the cabinet and the cards come tumbling out.
