Pokémon’s 30th anniversary is bringing together nostalgia, record-breaking card sales, and major monetization opportunities.

Today at 1PM ET, Pokémon YouTuber Leonhart will go live on YouTube to open one pack from every Pokémon card set ever made — his most ambitious stream yet.

Leonhart, who has nearly 2 million subscribers, previously ran a similar pack opening in 2023 that lasted nearly two hours and generated approximately 2.5 million views.

Recent highlights around the brand include:

• $16.5 million sale of a Pikachu Illustrator card
• Super Bowl commercial spotlight
• Collaborations with brands like McDonald’s
• Ownership shared between Game Freak, Creatures and Nintendo (OTC: NTDOY)

Leonhart says the 30th anniversary creates “endless possibilities” for monetization and growth.
