00:00As we kick off the season, Joe, looking at the AP poll, the top 25, which obviously is subject to change.
00:05We don't think all of these teams are going to finish in this exact order by the time we get to December.
00:09The number one on that list is Texas.
00:11Number two is Penn State.
00:12Three is Ohio State.
00:14Four is Clemson.
00:15Five is Georgia.
00:16And away we go, Joe.
00:18Yep, got to love it.
00:20It is off and running.
00:22Got a little appetizer with that week zero.
00:24But this weekend, I mean, again, we talked about it yesterday, Donnie.
00:30I am not sure that we have ever seen three games involving top 10 teams in week one of the college football season ever.
00:40I mean, this is what it is all about.
00:42They are not easing into the season in any way, shape, or form here, these teams.
00:48Nope.
00:48Take a look at Texas, plus $5.50 to win it all.
00:50Georgia at a plus $6.50 price.
00:52Ohio State, 7-1.
00:53Penn State, 7-1.
00:54And you see those numbers on the graphic.
00:56They are changing.
00:57Just about on an hour-to-hour basis, flipping 50 cents here, 50 cents there, and going back.
01:01Those numbers certainly will change once we see Texas and Ohio State play and really get a gauge on which team should be the number one team in the country.
01:09But we do have football tonight, Joe.
01:11Boise State and South Florida.
01:13I like this game because it adds intrigue.
01:15We know Boise State, that premier program outside of those power conferences here.
01:20They showed up in the college football playoff last year, got beat up by Penn State, but that was expected.
01:24They had one of the all-time running backs that you're ever going to see in college football, but he's graduated and moved on.
01:28Maybe a new-look offense for Boise State and also South Florida.
01:31They got an athletic quarterback coming back into the fold that's ready to start his season healthy.
01:36You got intrigued tonight with a top 25 Boise State team.
01:39And you've got nothing but money coming in on the home dog since this thing opened up nearly double digits here over the summer.
01:48Hilarious, though.
01:49I mean, when you consider Boise State is a blue blood.
01:53I can't believe I'm saying it, but it is because only Alabama and Ohio State have won more games since 2003 in college football.
02:01Think about that for a minute.
02:03They are in the same company of winning football games like Bama and Ohio State.
02:08That is a factory, people.
02:10And they've got some rebuilding to do here.
02:12They've got a first-time play caller now as Dirk Cutter, who was the offensive coordinator a year ago, is gone.
02:20They do return.
02:22Their quarterback, who's got some experience, but they got new pieces on the offensive line.
02:27They got new receivers and, of course, a new running game.
02:30And they're not as good defensively as they were a year ago.
02:34Meanwhile, South Florida, you mentioned the quarterback.
02:38You mentioned nobody more dynamic than him, but they also upgraded their defense in a big, big way.
02:45It's a blackout game in Tampa here.
02:48A kickoff time.
02:50Temperatures going to feel like 100 on the field there, Donnie.
02:54Don't think the boys in Boise have any idea what 100 degrees feels like in September.
