00:45o yung panukalang budget na isinumite ng ehekutibo sa Kongreso
00:49at General Appropriations Act o yung Pambansang Budget na inaprubahan ng Kongreso.
00:55Marami po sa mga napuntahan po ng Pangulo ng Pilipinas,
00:58particular ho sa Bulacan, kahit po yung nasa Baguio,
01:02ay mga National Expenditure Program Originated Projects,
01:06hindi po ito Congressional Initiative Originated Projects.
01:11So kasama po rito yung pong ghost project na supposedly ginawa po ng
01:16first engineering district ng Bulacan through SIMS Construction Trading.
01:23Kabilang din daw rito ang substandard na proyekto sa Bulacan na sinita rin ng Pangulo.
01:29Yung pong sinasabi ho ng Pangulo ng Pilipinas na substandard project na in-implement din po sa Bulacan.
01:37Same district engineering office, implemented po ng St. Timothy Construction.
01:42Ito po ay nasa NEP din po.
01:45I think 2023 or 2022.

02:25Kasama sa mga ipatatawag ay ang top 15 contractors na binanggit ng Pangulo at mga opisyal ng DPWH, Commission on Audit at BIR.

02:37If it's a 55 million project na pinera, di ba plan there na yun?

03:33That's why I'm filing all the charges against anybody who are involved actually in these ghost projects that have been discovered by the president.
