00:00Praise Him, praise Him, all you little children. God is love, God is love.
00:11Well, good morning, children. We have a verse today, but before that verse, I want first for Kuya Johan.
00:20Kuya Johan, paging Kuya Johan. Just really quick.
00:26We'll make it, I promise, not even a whole minute, okay?
00:30Now, I want you to come here, a little bit over here, there you go, and your sister, Kenzie, come over here, Kenzie, over here to Kuya Johan.
00:40And everyone, if you could step to a little bit to your right so they could see the screen.
00:44Now, very obviously, someone who's about to turn 15 and someone who just turned 8, there is a height disparity between the two, very obviously, right?
00:55He's about two times the size of his little sister.
00:58But to illustrate the point of today's children's memory verse, I want Kuya Adre to show something that we were able to do in Japan.
01:09Now, isn't that cool how all of a sudden, Kenzie, oh here, move a little bit to your, there you go, look at that.
01:19Now, we of course know that's an optical illusion.
01:21This happened at the Cup Noodle Museum in Yokohama.
01:25Look at how tall Kenzie is here, right?
01:28Kenzie, explain to them how this, this works.
01:30How, how did this happen?
01:31Kuya, you can go and have a seat.
01:32Give a hand for Kuya Johan.
01:35How does that, how does that happen, where you now look like you're taller than Kuya?
01:39Because, um, although the, um, the ground looks flat, right, and then, um, the camera angle makes the, um, the ground look flat, but actually it's like a hill.
01:54And then, um, the cup of noodles aren't actually that tall, so, um, so they're like, um, about the size of me, and, um, it, the illusion makes it look like, um, I'm a toddler.
02:16Oh yeah, yes.
02:18Alright, well, that illustrates for us the Bible verse today.
02:23Okay, okay, everybody can come closer now.
02:25And next slide, please, Kuya Andre.
02:27Let's all read together.
02:29Hold the mic, please.
02:30All together, let's read.
02:31He must increase, but I must decrease.
02:36John 3, 30.
02:39It's a very simple lesson.
02:43He, here, is Jesus.
02:46Jesus must increase.
02:48He must be bigger.
02:49He must be greater.
02:51He must be the one that gets all of the glory.
02:55And as Jesus gets the glory, it doesn't mean that we get zero.
03:00What does that work right there?
03:03Decrease.
03:03Yes, to just be smaller, right?
03:06Um, the Bible does say elsewhere that we share in the glory of Jesus, but as we share in his glory, let's make sure that Jesus is always above, always higher, always greater, because he must increase, but I must decrease.
03:21All together, once again, everybody, he must increase, but I must decrease.
03:28John 3, 30.
03:30Hold your hands, bow your heads.
03:32Close your eyes and let's pray.
03:33Repeat after me.
03:34Say, Heavenly Father.
03:35Heavenly Father.
03:37Thank you for sending Jesus, our Lord, our Savior, our very best friend.
03:48Help me to live life, bringing honor and glory and power and praise to Jesus.
03:59Lord Jesus, may you increase, and may I decrease, for your glory, in your name we pray, amen.
