01:48If, for a chance, we had a brown out right now here in our pits, what would you do because
01:54you had a brown out, and you have your phones, what's the next best thing?
01:58Use a flashlight, which you have on everyone's. Go ahead. Everybody turn on the flashlights, but what I want you
02:04to do is don't flash it that way, but flash it like a little bit kind of upward.
02:08Yeah, kind of like that. And then let's come together, put your phones together, and let's just see, ooh, look
02:16at that. Isn't that a beautiful set of lights?
02:20Together, lights in the darkness. Okay, again, no magic to this, but as you can imagine, if we did have
02:27a power outage, you would then be able to somehow function with a little bit of the light that's here.

03:13The point is very clear. The point is very clear, is that just like your flashlights on your phone were
03:20a way to shine a light together in the dark.
03:24This is why Jesus tells us to let our light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds
03:32in the midst of the world of darkness, and bring glory, glorify your Father in heaven.
03:37What you guys did last Sunday was a step in that direction. You had an inward transformation already when you
03:46believed in Jesus, but your baptism was your outward demonstration of that inward transformation.
03:53So continue to let that light shine. The world out there is dark. Not literally dark, but there's a lot
04:00of things that cause the world to be dark.
04:03Mainly sin and selfishness, and of course, Satan himself, that contributes to the darkness.
04:09But the most important thing is that even your little lights can shine brightly in the world of darkness.
04:16Let's, hold your hands, bow your hands, close your eyes, and let's pray together.
04:21Let's pray together. Say, Heavenly Father, thank you for the light of Jesus Christ that shines through me.
