00:32Purpose is not only a future moment when everything comes together.
00:36Purpose is the daily pathway where God is shaping us right now.
00:41Many people think purpose is a platform.
00:44They imagine a moment when they finally arrive, when their gifts are recognized, or when their calling becomes visible.
00:52But Paul teaches something different.
00:55Purpose is not the stage.
00:57Purpose is the step.
00:58Purpose is the way you carry yourself in the ordinary moments of life.
01:03It is how you respond when the barista gets your order wrong.
01:07It is how you treat people when you are tired.
01:10It is how you handle interruptions, inconveniences, and small opportunities to show grace.
01:17Purpose is not just found in the grand assignment.
01:20It is found in the daily choices that shape who we are becoming.
01:24This is what I call coffee shop theology.
01:27God's work shows up in the places we often overlook.
01:31A cup of coffee.
01:33A conversation.
01:35A moment of patience.
01:36A quiet act of kindness.
01:38A decision to forgive.
01:40A willingness to listen.
01:42These moments are not random.
01:44They are sacred.
01:46They are part of the pathway God uses to continue the work He began in us.
01:50When we see purpose only as a final destination, we miss the beauty of what God is doing in the
01:57present.
01:58Paul understood this better than anyone.
02:01He wrote Philippians from prison, a place that looked like the end of his ministry.
02:06Yet God used that unexpected place to reach people Paul never could have reached on a platform.
02:12His chains opened doors into Caesar's household.
02:17His confinement became a pulpit.
02:20His suffering became someone else's breakthrough.
02:23Even in prison, God continued the work.
02:26Even in limitation, purpose was alive.
02:29Even in hardship, the pathway was sacred.
02:33As you begin this devotional journey, remember that God is not only preparing you for something.
02:39He is shaping you through everything.
02:41He began the work, he continues the work, and he will finish the work.
02:47Your purpose is unfolding today, in the ordinary moments that make up your life.
02:52Walk with him, trust him, notice him, and let the pathway become just as meaningful as the platform.
