Albay Gov Rosal backs Marcos campaign against erring contractors

Albay Gov. Noel E. Rosal lauds and expresses his strong support for President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.'s pleas to the local government officials and their constituents to check the flood control projects implemented in areas where 15 contractors were known to have cornered the bulk of flood control projects. Rosal told The Manila Times that he had written the Department of Public Works and Highways asking about the flood control projects implemented in Albay under President Marcos' administration.
