Albay governor to inspect flood projects  Albay governor Noel Rosal asked the Department of Public Works and Highways to submit documents of flood control projects implemented from 2023 to 2025 in the province.  Rosal also told The Manila Times that he will inspect road projects in the province specifically in Cagraray Island in Bacacay town.
