Lawyers group join Albay anti-corruption protest  Bart Rayco of the National Union of Peoples' Lawyers and of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines Albay chapter denounces graft and corruption under the Marcos administration involving Public Works officials and lawmakers including resigned Ako Bicol Rep.
