DPWH chief inspects Albay viaduct

Public Works Secretary Vince Dizon inspected the unfinished P200 million viaduct project in Malabog Flyover (Daraga-Albay Diversion Road). This project has been described as an eyesore for five years, as the construction stalled. The project, started by Hi-Tone Corp. owned by former Ako Bicol lawmaker Christopher S. Co, was pursued by the construction firm of Sarah Discaya. Dizon also motored to Barangay Morera in Guinobatan, Albay to check the bumpy road there.
