American Side Press 75lb

An American Side Press seems to be with heels > 12" apart. The stance l used with a @york_barbell_official 75lb plate has much less rotation than a traditional Side Press. Waiter's Style is always a good feel stretching out the hand, wrist and arm. I think it's time to get these to 100lb! God Bless!
