The Chief orders Max to romance and betroth Ann Cameron, a beautiful widow suspected of murdering her 12 CONTROL agent husbands for their life insurance money, which she then donates to KAOS. Unfortunately, the wedding coincides with The Smarts' first wedding anniversary, much to 99's dismay.
