00:00I'm here on Detroit's west side, Monday morning. This car apparently being chased, according to people here in this neighborhood off of Warren, smashes into this porch and then flips over, catches on fire. You can see the damage from inside this car. People say that two people were arrested. Not sure of the circumstances surrounding this. And it's interesting, this is a Kia and it hits another Kia.
