A second autopsy performed on the body of 6 year old Jasher Francois has concluded a different reason for the child's death.
That's according to his parents who spoke to the Express on Sunday, subsequent to the private autopsy that was done.
They are now waiting on the outcome of the investigation that has been ordered by the Prime Minister.
Alicia Boucher has the details.

00:00Aaron and Yannick Francois, the parents of six-year-old Jascha, are eagerly awaiting the outcome of an investigation launched into their son's death at a San Fernando teaching hospital.
00:12From the get-go, they rejected the findings of a public autopsy which concluded that the child had died as a result of aspiration pneumoniaitis, lung injury caused by inhaling irritants such as stomach acid.
00:24They noted their son's unconsciousness and subsequent death following the administering of magnesium sulfate, causing them to undertake a private autopsy.
00:54Without a shadow of a doubt, they're slow. It points to a step in the right direction where we can put our son to rest.
01:04Francois says they are waiting on the official written report for the autopsy conducted by Professor Huber-Daisley, the results of which they indicate they will share.
01:14You're already officially written report. I know what to offer about the violence. I'm not a pathologist, I'm not here, so when the official report comes out, people don't make sense on that.
01:24Francois states that he has been in contact with the Minister of Health, Dr. Lacram Bodo.
01:30He reassured me that an independent investigation parallel to an independent team of the SWRJ is going to be done.
01:38I suppose I get some feedback tomorrow, so when we reach all our routine, that kind of stuff, we are also already putting our freedom of information requests for the hospital notes, so we are waiting for that as well.
01:49They say they are not coping well, but know the outpouring of support from family, friends and well-wishers.
01:57The funeral service for Joshua is set to take place on Saturday the 16th of August at the Baptist Ambassadors for Christ Church in San Fernando at 11 a.m.
