00:01Previously on Dragula...
00:04Hello, uglies.
00:06Welcome to Hollywood, where dreams come to die.
00:10We're playing a game. This is not just a competition anymore.
00:13This is a game.
00:15Don't fucking do that, you fucking cunts.
00:18One or two people are trying to get you disqualified.
00:20What?
00:21I know this will be a disappointment to a lot of people,
00:24but I've decided to remove myself from the game.
00:27I love you, uglies. Heart mad.
00:30I don't believe that anyone deserves to win this competition
00:35without going to extermination.
00:39While all the looks were killer tonight,
00:41there could only be one winner, and that drag monster is...
00:53Isn't this exciting?
00:57Oh, my coolish friends. Here we are at the end of our blood-soaked journey together.
01:07It's been a season filled with screams, surprises, and more severed limbs than we ever imagined.
01:14Tonight, we gather to witness the grand finale, where only one will emerge from our house of horrors, victorious.
01:24Our contestants have faced trials that tested not only their skill, but their very souls.
01:29They've danced with death, flirted with madness, and painted our stage with the crimson hues of their fears.
01:39But in the end, only one can claim the crown and title of our reigning monarch of monstrosity.
01:44So settle in, my lovelies, and prepare for a finale that will leave you gasping for breath and reaching for the nearest holy water.
01:54Drag. Filth. Horror. Glamour.
02:24Dragula. Dragula. She's a killer. Queen. Dragula. She'll make you scream. Drag. Drag. Drag. Drag. Dragula.
02:39She's a killer.
02:41She's a killer.
02:43She'll make you scream.
02:45She'll make you scream.
02:47of Dragula, the world's next drag super monster.
03:05She's a killer.
03:12She'll make you.
03:13She's a killer.
03:23Wow.
03:25Can't believe I made it to the top fucking three of Dragula.
03:31It's so empty in here.
03:34Feels correct.
03:36If you would have told me at the beginning of the competition I'd be in the top three, I wouldn't have believed it, but as the weeks went on, I knew that I belonged in the top three.
03:44Da-da-da! Da-da-da-da!
03:48Can't get rid of it!
03:50Yes, we did it!
03:52I can't believe I made it through this amazing extermination. This is like the fucking killer extermination and I made it to top fucking three, bitch.
04:02So, who's it gonna be?
04:05I mean, the track record speaks for itself.
04:08I've always thought it was you, me, and Grey, so...
04:11I am so nervous to see who is walking through that door. Like, I wanna know who am I competing against.
04:19Oh!
04:25Just kidding!
04:27Oh, bitch!
04:28You fucking bitch!
04:30Surprise!
04:31Oh my god!
04:32This top three feels correct. We each bring something very unique and I'm fucking excited.
04:39It's only a matter of time before that crown is on my head. You see what I did there? Matter of time.
04:45Wow. So, extermination.
04:50Ooh.
04:51Yeah, how was that?
04:52It hurt.
04:53That was so fucking fun. It was like a real life video game. Like, ah! Like running around. Like, that was wild.
05:00Trying to even look for blood points while being shot at? Insane.
05:05They were shooting through the boxes. You couldn't even get away from them.
05:08I was bleeding.
05:09Those paintballs, frickin' stung. I was bleeding. I was dodging and I was honestly just trying to hide behind anything I could.
05:20So, I feel like the cauldron got a little bit heated last week with what Yuri was saying to you, Auntie, and how are you feeling coming out of that?
05:27It gets heated sometimes in there and everything she was saying was totally valid.
05:32The way I grew up and the way my family is, we just kind of air our grievances, but it's never, like, super serious.
05:38And I think some people can, you know, misinterpret that as being negative and, you know, me and Yuri came to an understanding and we got it, you know.
05:46And that's what family's about. Things happen. Tensions get high, but, you know, we forgive and we forget.
05:52I see both sides of that and I understand she was just fighting for her life because she wanted to be in the top three so badly.
05:58It's sad that she's gone, but I'm happy as fuck that we're here.
06:02I think Yuri went home because the track record's not it and she just barely got a win. So, girl, hope the flight ain't too long to New Zealand.
06:10They kept saying this is a game. So, like, you know, now that we're at the end, how did you play it?
06:20I pretty much felt like a lone wolf throughout it. I didn't seek any alliances. I just wanted to put my best foot forward and show my best version of myself and I totally did that.
06:33Introducing all these curses, it was like, it did scare me a little bit and I'm like, you know what, I gotta try something.
06:40So I actually, I did actually try to form an alliance with Pi and she's like, yeah, let's do it.
06:48And literally a week later was like, oh yeah, cold feet. I don't want to do this anymore. I'm like, you fucking cunt.
06:54I will say it was interesting that you did bring up Pi because we did have a true alliance going into this.
07:01We decided to be a little strategic in some of the things that we did, like when we voted on Snake Pit.
07:06So, we did have an alliance, but we weren't super cutthroat with what we did. We tried to play it mostly fair.
07:11So, like, when you and Vivi were up, we were trying to sway the others as far as, like, how the vote should go for that.
07:18Your name was thrown around too. I'm sorry.
07:20So we're thinking, if y'all are willing for us to all agree on anti, then we will also agree on gray.
07:27Those sneaky little bitches. I don't know if it helps to play a game, but it helped me get a lot of curses.
07:34Fucking bitches.
07:35I feel like the Boulets let us know that this season is a game and out of the three of us, I was the one playing it.
07:41I played the game, so I should win the crown.
07:43Now that I'm putting the pieces together, it makes sense why Pi decided not to do the alliance with me.
07:49Although, she tried to spin it like she didn't want it in the beginning, so whatever.
07:54I think gray and anti may be a little bit mad at me, but honestly, they should be mad at themselves, because they did not play the game.
08:00Uh-uh! Oh no! Uh-uh! It's happening!
08:05It's our last one. It's our last one!
08:07Okay, girl, let's do it! Let's do it!
08:10All right, let's do it!
08:11Bye!
08:14Fucking fuck this up!
08:20My family, my household, it was very conservative.
08:23I didn't find this out until later in life when I was an adult, but I grew up in like a Christian cult called The Way.
08:31My parents met in the cult.
08:34And I think around the time I was born, it was starting to taper off, but it was still the way that I was raised.
08:41So it was kind of like a weird niche way of growing up.
08:46Being queer later on was probably the one thing that really pushed me to start thinking for myself and not going with everything that they said.
08:56But it was definitely an uphill battle.
08:58Kids started calling me faggot and things like that, and I'm like, I don't know what that is.
09:02So, you know, I had to like look it up and be like, oh, okay, yes, that turns out that's me.
09:09Going into high school, I had to be very secretive.
09:12I had like a boyfriend online on MySpace back in the day when that was a thing.
09:17And at some point, I went away on a little trip, and when I came back, all of my stuff was gone.
09:24Everything that I owned was missing, and my parents just said, we know about your boyfriend.
09:30That was kind of the beginning of these really bad trust issues.
09:35I think their brutal Christian beliefs really threw a wrench into our relationship.
09:41I would write in my diary and kind of talk about how I felt like I was being brainwashed by my parents.
09:48They're supposed to take care of me, and they were the number one people tearing me down and making me believe that I was bad.
09:56So, it's been very difficult for me to trust people in this competition.
10:01I think I was fighting my own inner demons in the beginning when I was here, and I was really afraid that everybody was against me.
10:08It's definitely changed. I feel like it's a big family here.
10:12That's what it means to be family.
10:14You can be mad at each other, maybe even say some really shitty things, break trust.
10:20But the important thing is that you come back together.
10:23I still get a little bit worried that I come off in a negative light to some people,
10:27but ultimately, I can only hope that my light shines through and I'm not too much of a dick.
10:33I think the reason that I deserve to win is what I have to offer.
10:40I stand out as not just an emcee and an entertainer, but somebody that can hold my own on a stage.
10:48I want to be a voice for the people, and everything in my drag career has led me to that.
10:54And I think what's really special about me is I bridge the gap between the alternative and the monsters,
11:01and like the traditional and the pageant.
11:05Sometimes going in an extreme in either direction can be very divisive.
11:10I feel like we need a level head that can bring people together because it doesn't matter how different we are.
11:17We're still a part of the same community, and I feel like I've spent so much time fighting this idea of cancel culture,
11:25where people just see one little nitpicky thing, or maybe somebody makes a mistake and says something that they did not realize was wrong,
11:33and everybody just attacks them. They just, like, you are out.
11:38But I'm here to say don't let those people go. Bring them in. Hold each other accountable. Don't call each other out. Build each other up.
11:47And that is my message, and I don't think that anybody else could spread it the way that I do.
11:52I am the next drag super monster.
12:08Grey Matters.
12:11Grey Matters.
12:12Asia Consent and Anti-Heroine.
12:15Good evening, my monsters.
12:17Tonight marks the zenith of your journey through the darkest depths of Dracula.
12:22You've traversed the infernal landscapes, faced trials that would make lesser souls quake in fear,
12:29and emerged victorious.
12:31Bloodied, but unbroken.
12:34Fuck yeah.
12:35From the depths of the abyss you've risen, clawing your way through the nine circles of hell,
12:40each challenge pushing you closer to the brink of your darkest desires.
12:45Shark-infested waters, freefall from the heavens, the shock of electricity coursing through your veins,
12:55the stench of decay filling your lungs, you've endured it all.
12:59And now, as you stand here on the precipice of glory,
13:03know that you have proven yourselves worthy of this moment.
13:07There are no more trials, no more tests of endurance.
13:11The qualifiers are over, and it's time to unleash the full extent of your monstrous creativity upon this stage.
13:20Hell yeah.
13:21You are tasked with summoning forth your most depraved fantasies, crafting three distinct looks that embody the unholy trinity of Dragula.
13:30Filth, horror, and glamour.
13:33The winner shall ascend to the throne of Dragula, claiming not only the title and crown, but also a grand prize of $100,000.
13:44Oh, yes.
13:46Bestowed upon you by the malevolent benefactors that we are.
13:50And fear not, for you shall also be rewarded with the tools of your trade.
13:56A lifetime supply of special effects gore and glam makeup from Bin-Eye.
14:01Holy shit.
14:03What?
14:04Oh my god.
14:05That's so badass.
14:06We shall reconvene in seven days time here on this very stage to witness the unveiling of your grotesque masterpieces.
14:21Good luck, uglies.
14:24And may the most monstrous prevail.
14:27I'm excited for the fight to the crown in the Dragula finale.
14:34And bitch, I may have come into the competition ball, but I am leaving with a crown on my head.
14:40I'm ready for blood, so these competitors better watch out.
14:43The race to the crown is going to be brutal.
14:47This is it.
14:48This is everything I've been fighting for.
14:50This is the culmination of my career.
14:53They're going down.
14:57So I auditioned for Dragula three times, and it was a treacherous journey, finally making it to season six.
15:11Which, honestly, grateful because I was looking busted when I tried out for season four and five.
15:16I got close-ish with season five, and that one hurt the most because I really thought it was my time.
15:21But knowing the struggles that I was going through at the time and everything, I knew that I needed to go through that before I could actually be ready for something like this.
15:30I feel like I was cast this year because I'm able to be more myself, and I've gone through a bunch of things that have shaped me into the person that I am today.
15:38It's really shown me not only am I a strong person in drag, but also out of drag.
15:44Before I came to this competition, I did end up losing 100 pounds, and I didn't really care about my self-image, but then eventually I wanted to do better in my drag and feel better with myself as a person.
15:56So I started working out more.
15:58Losing the weight has shown me, like, more of myself and also feeling more into myself and being able to show that to people when I'm on stage, feeling more sexy.
16:06My mom is my number one supporter in my life. She comes to my shows. Mama consent. Love her.
16:13My dad, I don't really have a super close relationship with him.
16:16I grew up with my mom being the single mother. We were very poor, and she always had two or three jobs.
16:22But, yeah, I love my mom. She's the biggest support system in my life.
16:25So being a black trans artist, I have definitely experienced not being black enough, not being white enough, being an alternative artist.
16:34You're already not getting bookings, and then being a black alternative artist, it's like, oh, you're not only weird, you're weird weird.
16:41Trans drag artists have started at the forefront of drag. We started this revolution, and we're not fucking going anywhere.
16:49And all drag is valid no matter what identity you are. To me, it's just dress up.
16:54Other drag shows definitely made drag mainstream, which I am grateful for.
16:58But at the end of the day, Boulay Brothers' Dragula is more in line with the origins of drag and how drag started in general.
17:05Drag was started as a subculture because we wanted to be able to perform and be on the fringe of culture.
17:13And filth is the embodiment of that and pushing that even further.
17:17I love the filth tenet of Dragula because I started with loving Divine, loving Pink Flamingos and John Waters' films.
17:24I've always loved, like, the disgusting stuff and people shying away from that, almost because, like, that's how I felt as a person, too.
17:31I felt, like, unsightly almost. So I relate to filth in that way.
17:36Honestly, I think both Antti and Grey bring something different to the table.
17:41Between the two, I feel like Antti as a person is my strongest competition because she does have that energy about her and she carries herself very well.
17:50But visually and as a performance artist, I feel like Grey is my biggest competition.
17:54But I know I'll always bring myself to the stage.
17:57I do feel like I deserve to win.
17:59I've come from not believing in myself and not being there for myself.
18:04And being able to do that through my drag and also discovering myself over the years has really shown me that I can be happy.
18:12And if I were to get the crown and to get the $100,000, I'd want to spread the love and be able to spread my message with people.
18:20That you can come from many minorities and still rise above it all and be a winner.
18:25And it would just mean that all the years of hard work paid off.
18:29I've been doing drag since I was 16 and here I am 11 years later and the biggest feat of my life, I finally achieved it.
18:38I think it's important for me to win as a trans and black artist because it's hard being that just as a person.
18:46But then also to rise above it in the drag world is extraordinary.
18:50I mean, I'm living proof that you can get to your goals even with everything against you.
18:56And putting a crown on it shows that not only were you able to get this far, but you were the best of the best.
19:04It's the day of the Dragula Championship and I'm going in this with a clear mind and a fucking attitude.
19:15I'm super excited for the finale floor show.
19:18We got filth, horror and glamour and I fully embody that in everything that I do.
19:22Any Dragula fan dreams of this moment.
19:26We all know what we're doing for filth, horror and glamour and I'm so excited that I finally am at this place where I get to show it to the world.
19:36I wanted to be the true embodiment of filth in this finale floor show.
19:41And bitch, what is more disgusting than a piece of shit?
19:45My materials, I ended up using spray foam, clay, real corn, some flies I found digging around the trash can and spandex as well.
19:55I want to be the shit in this finale floor show, literally.
20:00For glamour, I was inspired by bones and of course spiders because they do terrify me, but they do look beautiful and glamorous at the end of the day.
20:07For the materials, this is made out of EVA foam and lots of different leather bits and I've also used some gemstones as well to adorn the garment.
20:16This look will stand out because it is detailed to the fucking nth degree.
20:22Every inch that you look at is taken care of and I know that's going to show in the floor show.
20:26For horror, I wanted to do more of a psychological approach in this and I wanted to challenge my biggest horror, which is self-harm and suicide.
20:36And I wanted to bring the demon that I have in my mind to life in this runway.
20:42Currently, I'm writing my letter and kind of reliving the thoughts that I had as I was growing up and feeling these ways.
20:49And I'm rewriting one that I remember particularly that I wrote in the past when I was in high school.
20:54So I'm trying to just relive that and maybe even say that on the stage later.
20:59For my horror floor show, I'm going to play with human anatomy and have several reveals.
21:04So I've been fascinated with horror since a young kid.
21:07I love things that go bump in the night and I've been working for a haunted house for 16 years now.
21:12So horror is my element.
21:14So I'm going to bring something truly horrific.
21:17So my inspiration for the filth challenge is a dairy cow.
21:22The dairy industry is kind of gross and filthy and I'm going to bring that to this floor show.
21:27I love filth.
21:29I come from the filthy haunted house industry and my brand is gross, grimy and grungy.
21:36I'm going to milk this floor show.
21:38It's going to be disgusting.
21:39It's going to be saucy and I'm going to be swimming in milk.
21:42I am ready to churn out this floor show.
21:44My milkshakes bring all the boys to the yard.
21:47You butter believe it.
21:49These other competitors better move out of the way.
21:53Sorry about all the puns.
21:54I know I can do breader.
21:56My inspiration for glamour is a glamour goblin.
22:02And I settled for unconventionally beautiful materials that look well under the light.
22:08And it's coming together beautifully.
22:10For those who say I'm not glamorous enough, hold up.
22:14How about this for glamour?
22:17I am fucking beautiful.
22:20I love shiny shit, so I'm very excited for glamour.
22:25For my filth inspiration, I'm going knee deep into parasites.
22:29Just riddled eating you from within.
22:32As per usual anti-heroin fashion, I am planning very large things.
22:38I am going to have some very big silhouettes in this one.
22:42I am going to be dragging the entire stage into my filth concept.
22:49My inspiration for glamour is full Las Vegas showgirl.
22:53Honey, we're going to have the glitz, the glamour, the fringe, the feathers, the silhouettes, you name it.
22:59Anti-heroin to a T is glamour.
23:03I have shown everything on this season, but truly in my heart of hearts, glamour is where I stand.
23:11I think everybody is going to be incorporating their own version of glamour, something to do with horror.
23:16But mama, I'm a drag queen.
23:19I am a pageant queen.
23:21I want to show where my roots come from, and you're going to see it.
23:24And I don't think Dragula's ever seen anything like this.
23:28For horror, I'm going to be doing things a little bit differently than what people expect.
23:32I'm kind of going with a classic Mars Attacks.
23:36I have this brain that is made out of foam and latex, and I'm going to be using it as a prosthetic.
23:43I don't typically do prosthetics, but I figure this is Dragula.
23:46This is the time to show what you can do.
23:49I really needed to choose between being completely horrifying or being completely stupid.
23:55And you've seen me all season, and I know what these other two bitches are going to do.
23:59So I have to go stupid. I have to go camp.
24:04I've learned so much through this process.
24:06All of the exterminations prove why I deserve to be here.
24:10And then you look at these two fucking wins, where there's incredible people on the stage, and I fucking won.
24:16Like, bitch, everything that I've brought, everything I've worked for, this is the moment.
24:23This is my moment.
24:25I'm so ready for the fight to the crown.
24:27I'm going to pull out everything I have, deliver some fucking amazing creatures, and great performances.
24:33Just you watch.
24:35This week has been fucking intense, and I have been working my ass off to get this fucking crown.
24:40But I know that in the end, it's going to be worth it.
24:43And it's the championship to the fucking crown on Dragula season six, bitches.
24:48Are y'all ready?
24:50Grab the popcorn.
24:57So I first started making monsters on myself when I was around 16 years old.
25:01I was not out of the closet.
25:04So I was presenting very masculine in my monsters.
25:07It wasn't until about 2016 when I embraced my, you know, queerness.
25:12I did try high femme drag, but at the end of the day, I got bored with it.
25:17So my monsters got a lot more queer around then.
25:21I think that really helped me come out of my box more.
25:24So drag traditionally is gender expression, but I think it's come a long way since then.
25:29And as we are moving into a more genderless society, I feel like drag should be doing the same.
25:36There are people in the community that will say I'm not doing drag, but hello, I am.
25:42I'm here. I'm using pretty much the same materials.
25:45I probably have more makeup on than you do.
25:48And being just a queer monster and entertainer, how the hell is that not drag?
25:53I do live in Houston, which is a huge diverse city.
25:56So we do have our safe spaces, but I still don't feel safe holding my partner's hand.
26:02You can run into the wrong person.
26:04And that's, that's what I fear most.
26:07So I manage and operate a large commercial haunted house in Houston, Texas.
26:12I've been punched, slapped, sprayed with a fire extinguisher, tripped, rocks thrown at.
26:18Like, it's just another day in paradise.
26:20Doing haunt acting definitely prepared me for my floor shows, getting my looks together.
26:26I, you know, I haven't done choreography and stuff like that, but, you know, I was excited to do it.
26:31And I, I put my best foot forward.
26:34So I am a recovering alcoholic.
26:37Alcohol was basically my higher power.
26:39I started drinking at the age of 18.
26:42I had consequences build up.
26:44I knew the mental and physical deterioration that I was experiencing.
26:49Like six months before my 30th birthday, my boss sat me down and said,
26:53you need to get help.
26:55And it's the best decision I've ever made.
26:58So I'm very secure in my sobriety.
27:00I can be around alcohol without being tempted.
27:03If anything, being around someone who's wasted just annoys me.
27:07But like I said, it's, it's a part of the business and I'm not tempted at all.
27:13My biggest competition in this finale is definitely Asia.
27:17She is a powerhouse.
27:19She stands for so much.
27:20I love Auntie and what Auntie does.
27:23I think each of us bring a different aspect of Dragula.
27:29Horror, me, filth, Asia, glamorous, Auntie.
27:34So this is like the perfect mix of the top three.
27:38And I'm excited to see what the three of us can do together.
27:41I should win season six of the Boulet Brothers Dragula because I have it all.
27:46I am a jack of all trades.
27:48I can overcome any challenge I put in front of me.
27:52I showed that I can handle curses and exterminations.
27:56I've been able to treat everyone with dignity and respect.
28:00Dragula is in my blood and I am just so looking forward to what the future has for me.

29:10their most ghastly and glamorous creations yet.
29:14They stand poised, embodying the very essence of Dragula,
29:19embracing filth, reveling in horror, and exuding unadulterated glamour.
29:25For tonight, they dance on the razor's edge between life and death,
29:28between beauty and decay.
29:31As we plunge into the shadows of the unknown,
29:34let us witness their descent into madness
29:38and their ascent into glory
