Graham Alexander previews Northampton clash as Bradford look for second win

00:00Bradford City take on Northampton Town in League One this weekend, away from home,

00:05following their opening day win against Wickham Wanderers at Valley Parade on Saturday.

00:11Manager Graeme Alexander has been speaking to the media ahead of the second clash of the season,

00:16in which Bradford City will once again look to pick up all three points.

00:21I think that's the first thought is, have we progressed in the last six weeks

00:27from bringing eight or nine new players into the group

00:31to re-establish that connection and that sort of unity amongst 20-odd players?

00:41It needs to happen as quick as possible.

00:45We're one game in, so there's going to be other challenges.

00:47It's like, how do we respond to negative moments and stuff like that?

00:53But, you know, to start off on that, on the good foot, in a positive fashion,

00:59I think the players have built, again, a little bit more trust with each other

01:05within what we do, how we work.

01:08But it's an ongoing process.

01:10We can never relax and say we're there.

01:14And Leeds United have announced the signing of goalkeeper Lucas Perry from French side Lyon.

01:20He has come into the club and is very much looking forward to getting started.

01:25It's a great thing to be here.

01:38It's a dream that I come true.

01:40And when you first knew of the interest, how came we to make the move?

01:43When I first heard that the interest could get something serious and actually happen,

01:49I started to look for the videos of the stadium, the atmosphere, the games,

01:56the highlights of the games.

01:57So it was a really exciting moment for me.

02:00I was really, really glad that the interest of the club and after everything started out,

02:06the clubs agreed.

02:08It was a really nice feeling.

02:10It was incredible to sign here.

02:12And I'm very, very happy.
