Graham Alexander praises “good balance” at Bradford City

00:00Broadford City manager Graeme Alexander believes that his squad have a good balance within themselves

00:05and that they will enjoy the highs of winning, but are able to bring themselves back down to earth quickly

00:11in order to focus on the next fixture for the club.

00:17Normal, I would say. Normal. We just give a little bit of analysis back, a few clips and a little bit of data

00:26in comparison to the meeting we had on Monday about our performance at Northampton compared to last night.

00:31So just to reinforce the ideas we wanted to put in place going into last night's game.

00:39But players are in good spirits, but they've been in good spirits for weeks and months, to be honest.

00:44I think there's always a disappointment if we lose a game, but once we get back to work and get around each other,

00:52we bring everyone up, back up to speed, in good mood, and certainly following a win like that last night,

00:59it's going to be positive, but not to the point where it's actually, hold on lads, we've got another game on Saturday.

01:06I think we've got a good balance in the club and certainly with the players and the staff that we have.

01:13And Leeds United's Anton Stache has compared the club's pre-season friendly in Dublin against AC Milan

01:21to a home game at Ellen Road thanks to the support of the Leeds fans.

01:27Yeah, it's unbelievable. It was like a home game, I think, for us.

01:31I looked around and I only see our colours of the club.

01:34It's so nice and that's why I'm so excited for the next game, for our first home game in the Premier League.

01:41I think the fans, yeah, they even pushed us today really hard.

01:46And speaking of our first Premier League game, it's next week on Monday nights.

01:49We've got some Monday night football to look forward to against Everton.

01:53Yeah, we're all excited.

01:54I think we're ready for the season as a team.

01:57And I think the fans as well, yeah, they just want the game and we are very excited.

02:05We have to work the week a lot now and take the good energy of the game, of course.
