00:00Ahead of the Bantam's next fixture, manager Graeme Alexander has spoken about the fitness of some squad members.
00:07He took part in a little bit of training today, him and Matt Pennington, but not with the full training group.
00:15So just part for the first 10 minutes and then they went to the side of the medical team and did a little bit extra.
00:21But Berner's progress has been superb, really, because of the type of injury and the first diagnosis about how long he was going to be out.
00:32He's ahead of schedule, but as with all the players, we just don't get ahead of ourselves.
00:36We assess how they are the day after they train.
00:40But Berner's the type of guy who does everything by the book and more, to be honest.
00:45He's a brilliant professional, great character.
00:48I'd say we all want him to do well and be back available because I think we've missed him, to be honest.
00:56Just how he is around the place and on the pitch.
00:59And it'd be good to have them both back.
01:01But I think it'll be after the weekend, before they're training fully with us, to be honest.
01:06And any other fresh concerns at all going into Saturday?
01:10No, no, no. Everyone was OK after the game last night.
01:13And Bantam's player, Brad Halliday, has shared his pleasure at Andy Cougar returning to the playing squad.
01:21Yeah, it was unbelievable. It's a really special moment for him.
01:25Obviously coming back from such a big injury in itself, but to then score and then get the winner in added time.
01:34Yeah, it's unbelievable.
01:36How's he been this morning?
01:37Yeah, he's still on cloud nine. Big smile from ear to ear.
01:42But rightly so. It's been a long, long journey for him and he's over the back of it now and looking forward to getting back and playing games.
01:52You've obviously been in close quarters with him over that nine months or so.
01:56And as someone who understands that road to recovery and that journey, what's it been like for him from your perspective?
02:02Yeah, it's been tough. It's not easy. I know everyone sort of says the same, but just in the off-season, for example, with obviously the highs of last season.
