03:48we don't just stand near the altar we minister at it we are not a background believer or a powerless

03:55christian we are priests royal priest let's explore what this means the following are the titles and

05:01people to walk closely with him not just leaders prophet but everyone now through worshiping him

05:09representing him and standing between heaven and earth as priests that's what we are called to do

05:15throughout scripture priesthood appear like a golden thread like it's every it's it's in every area from

05:22genesis to revelation as a divine calling so how how what would that be in nowadays nowadays it'd be like this

07:21and offering animal sacrifices as commanded in scriptures like exodus 28 verse 1 they

07:28wore or wore special garments exodus 28 they had strict access rules leviticus 16 it was like needing a

07:37special security badge to enter a high level facility only the high priest could enter the most holy place

07:46and only once a year for specific tasks even they needed cleaning all right section b melchizedek

07:57foreshadowing a greater priesthood now even uh let me just say something even though melchizedek was before

08:06aaron this was it was already said there to foreshadows a greater priesthood now melchizedek appears in

08:15genesis 14 as both king of salem and a priest of god most high which was very unique there was a unique

08:25combination of roles of king and priest right his name itself is an indication of what is to come melchizedek

08:34means king of righteousness we all know who is the king of righteousness and king of salem means peace

08:42unlike ironic priesthood which george spoke about which kept these roles separate the king and the priest

08:52melchizedek combines them both he had he had though no recorded genealogy did i say it right genealogy

09:00genealogy right so that's mean you couldn't um uh track down is a father or any of those things right

09:08and just appeared in the in the bible suddenly in genesis 14. we can also read how he blessed abraham

09:16bringing bread and wine also foreshadowing what is what is to come this was not please don't mistake

09:23it to be the first communion it wasn't the first communion right let's get a verse to confirm that

09:28genesis 14 verse 18 genesis 14 18 reading from the new king james version then melchizedek king of salem

09:38brought out bread and wine he was the priest of god most high all right so melchizedek is like

09:48if you want to say it in today's term he's it's like he's like a trailer before the full movie

09:53he appears briefly but his role foreshadows the eternal priesthood of jesus a priest not by family line

10:01but by divine appointment all right yeah because we all know that jesus didn't come from the same

10:08line as aaron sam psalm 110 verse 4 psalm 110 verse 4 in the amplified classic the lord has sworn and will

10:17not revoke or change it you are a priest forever after the manner and order of melchizedek now this verse

10:26speaks prophetically of jesus who would be appointed as a priest forever not from levi but from god

10:35himself how wonderful is that c jesus christ our eternal high priest as we know jesus wasn't from

10:45the levi but from judas tribe hebrews chapter 7 verse 14. he wasn't chosen by birth but appointed by god

10:53himself which is different from like you know being birth for being our savior right don't mix it both

11:00now he was sinless offered himself not animals and gave us direct access to god jesus perfectly fulfills

11:10the roles the role of both king and high priest in one right embodying the eternal priesthood symbolized

11:19by melchizedek now think of jesus as a key card that unblock that unlocks the door permanently not just

11:27unlock it and then you can't go in permanently unlock the door now anyone who believes in him can step

11:35through no guards no closed curtain no fear he didn't just open the door he walked with us into the

11:44throne room let's confirm that with the word of god okay hebrews 4 verses 14 to 16 hebrews 4 14 16 in

11:52the new king james version seeing then that we have a great high priest who has passed through the

11:59heavens jesus the son of god let us hold fast our confession for we do not have a high priest who

12:06cannot sympathize with our weaknesses but was in all points tempted as we are yet without sin let us

12:14therefore come boldly to the throne of grace that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of

12:22need amen number two the priesthood of all believers wow but now we're talking about us his children

12:33those who believe in christ now this is not a privilege for few but the calling of every

12:38believers like we talk about god wants everyone to be his his children and everyone to be um a priest

12:45right so being priests under under jesus christ we don't need a physical altar we don't need a temple or

12:53robes as a believer in christ we are a priest we can now act as god representative we can

13:02offer spiritual sacrifices i'll say it again so people don't misunderstand we can offer spiritual

13:09sacrifices we can live holy lives by reflecting god's character jesus character we can stand in the

13:17gap even for others as priests how by praying for our family john uh job chapter 1 verse 5 by praying

13:24for leaders in our nation 1 timothy 2 1 to 2 by praying for the church that we attend and the loss

13:32in our areas in our areas or people that we know ephesians chapter 6 verse 18 to 19 by praying even

13:38for our enemies like the word of god says matthew chapter 5 verse 44 so now we have access to stand

13:44in the gap for all those we are not powerless we are a priest with power backed by a high priest lord

13:52jesus christ so now you are not we are not and in turn in the kingdom we are not waiting for permission

13:59we've already been hired equipped and given the aldi batch we are in we are like a bridge between

14:07heaven and earth god pour us into us so that we can pour out into others let's get a verse to confirm

16:28paul called his ministry a priestly service offering gentiles to god it's like someone going from being

16:35a hacker right on the computers to get things from people to becoming a cyber security officer stopping

16:42others from from from uh from doing the wrong thing the same passion paul used against god was redirected

16:57australia bank and i worked for the commonwealth as well we found out that uh one of the biggest i'm

17:44and they took ages took years to catch him anyway he became from a hacker he was going to go to prison

17:50i think he went to prison for a while but from a hacker he became one of the most one of the best

17:57cyber security uh experts which is pretty cool and we actually learned a lot of our training came

18:03from that guy that's why they mentioned that all right romans 15 16. just a story

19:05if we don't understand who we are we risk becoming spectators not participant we risk becoming dependent

19:13on others instead of accessing god ourself you know um if you look for example uh people who doesn't know

19:21christ and uh because they don't know how their life is going to be and stuff they there is always a

19:27visit to psychic places right they are dependent on what others gonna say they're gonna be or an app

19:35sorry babe or an app you get those up online oh who are you when in your lost life or what kind of a

19:42person do you think you are please do this this this survey and we'll tell you what you are right then

19:48you are dependent on outside things not saying that some things is not there to help you so you can

19:54improve but if you do not know or walk in your priesthood you're going to become spectators sorry

20:01in the in the context of being a christian of believers um as royal priests it does not mean that

20:10you're a full-time minister it does not mean that you're called to be a minister no let's let's make

20:15sure that we are clear about that it means in god's eyes every single one of us now has a role

20:20in the royal priesthood like we said before now like in a workplace you have your supervisor above

20:26the supervisor you have your i don't even i can't even remember what the names are but you have the

20:32the higher supervisor until you get to the ceo every single one of them is part of the company but

20:38not every single one of them has the same role correct likewise we're all part of the royal

20:44priesthood we're all called to be royal priests but not every single one of us has the same role

20:49so knowing that you are a royal priest will help you as we're going to reveal more and more will help

20:56you in your walk in your identity but that does not mean that at times you you won't need the help

21:02or the assistance of a pastor or of a prophet or whatever you might need that still that's fine

21:08because we again we all have we all have different roles to play that's right in the body of christ in

21:14the kingdom of god amen amen so but the being a priest like we said on the on the uh before um being

21:21believers in in uh priesthood we have certain role that we are still able to perform everyone should

21:29like praying for our family praying for our leaders and ministers uh and all the other things that we need

21:36to do right so it's no longer just reserved to a specific group of people the levites the most holy

21:42it's it's no longer reserved to that now from jesus is passed on to us right yeah so the reason why it's

21:50also very it's it's it's beneficial um for us to to step into it because if we don't step into it we

21:56become vulnerable to manipulation confusion or even deception and you will have unfortunately we have to

22:03understand that our um there are people we make the church we are people there are people who take

22:09advantage and manipulate people so that the people can keep coming to them i mean i remember once there

22:14was someone who said i'll pray for you today come next week i'll continue on praying for you i looked

22:19at them and i thought we need to pray for you first brother but you know that's not the point the point is

22:25then if you know who you are in christ your identity which is what we focus on the boost lately

22:32you will not be easily manipulated you will understand when you need the help of your pastor

22:36or when you need the help of a prophet or thing but you will also understand that you are not left

22:41alone god didn't just leave you like that with a powerless you have the the grace of god you have

22:47the backing of our lord jesus christ not easily manipulated christian doesn't mean doormats not easily

22:53confused or not easily deceived because you can pray for yourself now how does that sound in in

23:00nowadays it sounds like it's like imagining having a bank account in your name with millions of

23:05dollars did i get your attention right now right keep going but never learning how to access it

23:12so you will still live broke even though you're rich that's what happened when we ignore our

23:18spiritual priesthood let's get a verse to back it all right ephesians 2 verse 6 ephesians 2 6 in the

23:24amplified classic and he raised us up together with him and made us sit down together giving us

23:31joint seating with him in the heavenly sphere by virtue of our being in christ jesus not virtue of our

23:40doing by virtue of our being very important in christ jesus the messiah the anointed one

23:46also ephesians 2 verse 10 ephesians 2 10 for we are in the amplified classic for we are god's own

23:54handiwork his workmanship recreated recreated in christ jesus born anew that we may do those good works which

24:04god predestined planned beforehand for us taking parts which he prepared ahead of time that we should walk in

28:36throne of grace we decree and declare ephesians 2 verse 6 that we are seated with christ in heavenly places

28:43we declare 1 peter chapter 2 verse 5 we offer spiritual sacrifices pleasing to god we decree and

28:51declare we will not stand on the sidelines but serve boldly as royal priests we decree and declare our

28:58lives reflect the holiness mercy and love of our high priest we decree and declare that we have discernment

29:05not deception power not fear identity not confusion we decree and declare that just like paul our past is

29:13a setup for royal priesthood and purpose we decree and declare no more cycles of spiritual passivity

29:21passivity passivity passivity yes access is granted and we receive it we receive our royal priesthood with joy and

29:31reverence thank you for helping us walk in the fullness of our calling giving us clarity boldness

29:37and passion to serve you and love others as royal priests of the new covenant may our light shine in

31:16bigger but who is he the word of god says whoever comes the world but he who believes that jesus

31:24is the son of god jesus not this this this this are you being intolerant absolutely completely

31:34intolerant because there cannot be truth without intolerance you can't say this truth that truth

31:41that there's no such thing otherwise it's not truth no it's opinion truth is in its simple definition

31:49absolutely exclusive absolutely intolerant of anything else but the truth and the truth is

31:56there is only one amen one through one way one truth and one life and that is jesus christ that's the

32:04only way you can overcome the world that's the only way that you can live in heaven forever john 3 16 17 we've

32:10all heard this before but god so loved the world that he gave his only begotten son talking about jesus

32:17himself who sacrificed himself who voluntarily came down here that whoever believes in him should not

32:24perish but have everlasting life forever but god did not send his son into the world to condemn the world

32:31but that the world through him might be saved and that might is because of your part free will

32:38that special little thing a little thing that we call free will it's a massive thing actually but free will

32:47that might there is only might because it all depends on you god's not going to force you

32:52so what do i need to do george 1 john 1 verse 9 tells us very clearly that if we confess our sins

32:59admit to our sins and sin in the most simplistic definition means living without god

33:04literally means that we were not created to live without god we were the only creation on the planet

33:12on the universe that was created in god's image we were created to live in relationship with the in

33:18intimacy with god and his people the body of christ if we confess our sins he is faithful and just

33:26to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness amen all right joe so what do i have

33:32to do great question brother great question what am i saying question great question sister romans 10

33:41verses 9 to 10 that if you confess with your mouth the lord jesus and believe in your heart that god has

33:47raised him from the dead you will be saved for with a heart man believeth unto righteousness and with

33:53the mouth confession is made unto salvation do that right now you do not have to repeat after a specific

33:59generic prayer after me no you just have to mean it it has to come from your heart intentionally

34:06you have to make jesus your lord and savior call out to him say you know what i need you jesus i don't

34:11want to live without you anymore i make you my lord and savior and i choose from this day forward

34:16to believe that god raised you from the dead you came down here you died for me and you came alive

34:22after three days now i'm a new creation in christ jesus you just have to it has to come from your

34:27heart and you have to mean it from that moment forward you are saved but it doesn't end there

34:32titus 3 verse 5 ephesians 2 verse 8 acts 1 verse 8 amongst others goes on to say then he saves you

34:40by grace his grace through faith which is our faith in his finished work the gift of god washing away

34:50our sins and giving us the new joy of the indwelling holy spirit and you will receive power when the

34:56holy spirit comes upon you and you will be my witnesses telling people about me everywhere that is

35:01god speaking to us that is what we call in the christian circles baptism of holy spirit and fire

35:07and we're gonna do that we're gonna pray together we're gonna ask god to come what that means is

35:12we're gonna ask the very spirit of god to come and live inside of us and he will come and he will

35:17live inside of you and you'll bring joy that's what that joy is about he'll bring power he'll bring

35:21spiritual gifts that he will that he will teach and use and manifest through you in the life that

35:29you're living here on earth are you ready we're going to do this together lord i thank you for the

35:34privilege of praying my brother and my sister all over the world we thank you lord for their salvation

35:39first of all we thank you for your grace for their salvation oh hallelujah thank you for the party that

35:44is in heaven right now rejoicing over their souls thank you lord and we ask you for as your word says

35:52that those that are hungry and thirsty for righteousness shall be saved so we are hungry lord we are hungry for

35:57more of you so right now in jesus name we know that your word says in luke 17 that the kingdom of god

36:03is within us so we're not asking for something that is not within us already what we're saying is activate

36:09more of you yes lord and for those for the first time who are calling our brothers and sisters were

36:15calling upon your holy spirit to come down lord right now in jesus mighty name we say come holy spirit

36:22yes fill us from our heads to our toes inside and out light a fire in us lord yes a fire a revival

36:32fire that cannot be quenched as your word says that our god is a consuming fire so lord send fire in jesus

36:38name yes we say fire in jesus name matter no matter what the economy says we send fire lord no matter what

36:45the finances says send fire no matter what the doctors say send fire no matter what the psychologist

36:53says send fire no matter what uh the the marriage counselor says send fire no matter what even our

37:01pastors says send fire for us and for them yes send fire lord to the church send fire revival fire in the

37:11mighty name of jesus we pray amen and amen glory to god hallelujah hallelujah as always if this is your

41:43forbearance with joy giving thanks to the father who has qualified and made us fit to share the op

41:50the portion which is the inheritance of the saints god's holy people in the light the father has

41:57delivered and drawn us to himself out of the control and the and the dominion of darkness and has
