On the very day that an investigation into Trillions Systems Limited was made public by the Trinidad and Tobago Securities Exchange Commission via the Trinidad Express and later TV6 News, Director of Trillions Systems Limited, James Kerron Rose seems not only oblivious to the investigation but defiant.
This comes after an intensive two month investigation by this station about the Trillion's financial dealings and thousands of investors clamouring for returns on their crypto investments.

01:21TSEC confirmed in a media release on Monday that Trillian System Limited was under active investigation after a two-month-long investigation by this investigative journalist that was published in the Sunday Express and aired approximately three weeks ago on CCN TV6.
01:35Hundreds of investors had complained that for more than a year they had invested in crypto and forex currency investments offered by Trillian Systems Limited and its director James Caron Rose and had not seen any returns.
01:48In their release, TSEC told the public that Trillian Systems Limited was not registered with TSEC in any capacity.

02:37More than 150 investors who spoke to CCN during this investigation, on and off the record, reported that persons had invested between $10,000 to as much as $14 million in one instance.
