The Grade II-listed Nutters Platt Farmhouse and it's grounds on the border of Hutton/Whitestake.

00:00This is Nutter's Platt Farm. It straddles White Steak and Hutton and it lies in Pope Lane and

00:08also on the boundary of Lyndall Lane. For several years it's been in this state, it's not been used

00:14as a working farm but now plans have been launched to use the agricultural buildings that you can see

00:19in the curtilage here for storage and distribution. The farmhouse itself there which is grade two

00:26listed is not affected. That dates back to 1653 and you can see that it's in quite a bad state.

00:33It has been vandalized but yeah this this will be of interest to lots of local people
