this is a landmark site in penwitham it's on the corner of pope lane and it's the former

champagne site or if you're a little bit older the plough pub um it was demolished in march

with some parking spaces there now what's happened in the last few days is that they have now asked

south ribble borough council to discharge some of the conditions attached to the planning permission

that means that it looks like things are starting to happen now that they want to crack on um and

what the discharge of conditions thing means is that they're they're related to some dust

management issues which they say are no longer relevant they were to do with the demolition
