00:23the likelihood of you harming the other people so I don't harm you by locking you up and I don't
00:27harm you by the annual. And the mandate of closing the gap actually enabled government to work so
00:33differently in this project. Now there are lots of other opportunities for government to work
00:38differently with community stakeholders but particularly Aboriginal community controlled
00:43organisations to do this work and so Therapeutic Pathways for Children is a real demonstration of
00:49that with the commitment the support and the resources to do it meaningfully and well.
