00:00The way I see it, there are three big challenges faced by everyone on the planet.
00:14The first one is technological disruption.
00:17The second one is environmental issues.
00:20We've got the climate change issues that are faced by everyone on the planet,
00:23regardless of whether you're rich or you're poor,
00:26whether you're Christian or Muslims, Hindus.
00:29We all face the same issues.
00:31And the third one is how to manage our emotions,
00:34especially in a landscape that is full of hate speech and social media, dynamics.
00:41So these are the three big challenges that humans are facing.
00:46And we need to come together, we need to sit down together,
00:49come up with better solutions to create a world that is better, just better for everyone.
00:55And the way to do that is by overlooking our differences and going to that place where everyone is safe,
01:03every voice is being heard, that we have that intention of finding the best in everyone.
01:10And so I think we need more and more initiatives like that.
01:14So I just want to congratulate the organizer of the event and also all the participants who come to celebrate humanity
01:21and finding common ground amidst all of these differences in the world.
01:26Well, in an increasingly divided world now that we're facing now, I think we need more and more efforts and initiatives that would try to create a more unified world
01:40and finding common ground for all.
01:43And I think this is the spirit of the human fraternity.
01:48Of course, historically we know that it was founded by the late Pope Francis with Imam Sheikh Al-Azhar, Grand Sheikh Al-Azhar, Imam Al-Tayyid.
02:00So these two historical figures represent a big symbol of people who might have different beliefs, who might worship different gods,
02:15but are driven by the same intention, the same want to create a better world.
02:27And finding a common ground, finding common themes throughout our lives, this is what makes the world a better place.
02:34We don't need more, especially politicians and public figures, dividing the world.
02:40We need more and more people who try to bridge the differences.
02:43And I think this event really exemplifies that.
02:47Bringing together people from different countries, from different nationalities, from different religious backgrounds,
02:53and just focus specifically on ways to advance humanity by finding that common ground.
