00:00Hello there, a very good morning to you. It is going to be rather a cloudy Sunday for
00:05many of us. Rain is on the cards as well for some, particularly across north-western Scotland
00:11where we've got this cold front just slipping its way in. There could be some heavy pauses,
00:15particularly around higher ground sites during today, and it will tend to move eastwards,
00:19breaking up into showers as the day goes on, but even those could be heavy, maybe even
00:23thundery as they move towards eastern Scotland. The other three nations will also see a scattering
00:28of showers developing during the day, but there should at least be some drier intervals
00:32in between to try and make the most of. Nevertheless, where it does stay dry, it is
00:36going to be rather cloudy. If a touch of sunshine and brightness does manage to poke its way through,
00:42then temperatures of 18 to 23 degrees Celsius is where we'd expect them to be for the time of year,
00:47so not too bad otherwise. The cloud though is looking like it will break up as we head into
00:53the evening and overnight, and that will allow for more of those clear spells to develop.
00:58The showers as well also beginning to ease their way off, but there will be a continuing feed
01:02around northern and western coastlines throughout the night. A few mist and fog patches are possible,
01:08but generally the clear skies will allow for a slightly fresher night to come compared to some
01:12recent ones. Temperatures of around 11 to 13 degrees Celsius in many places, and rural spots may
01:18even drop into single figures as we start off Monday morning. Generally on Monday there will be fewer
01:24showers around and they will be lighter overall and quite well scattered, so there should be a decent
01:30amount of fine dry weather for many that are on the summer holidays, more bright and sunny intervals
01:35in there compared to Sunday. And with that extra sunshine temperatures will be a notch up as well,
01:41generally between 20 and 25 degrees Celsius for many, and with light winds still that will feel
01:46pleasantly warm when you do catch those sunny air breaks. Do stay up to date with the full forecast
01:52as we head throughout the rest of this forthcoming week, so do subscribe to the YouTube channel and
