00:00I'm Alexander Bernard and there was plenty of confidence in the store cattle market this week.
00:06Prices were strong across the board and agents said they expected prices to continue to rise as we head towards spring.
00:14At Crafts and Walls Thursday, the market turned to deer up with a good panel of buyers bidding with confidence.
00:21Agents said Crossbred Steers were particularly strong.
00:24Over at Maitland on Saturday, despite cattle showing the effects of a wet litter,
00:30agents said the market was strong.
00:32They said they expected prices to continue to get dearer next month.
00:36This week, we'll be on a ground at Forbes where about a thousand head is expected.
