00:00Let's hear from Ryan Day, of course, as the Ohio State Buckeyes won the national title last year.
00:06Day says they are ready for more.
00:09But Texas game is, you know, 39 days away from right now.
00:12And the team that we have currently, you know, wants to leave their own legacy behind.
00:17And they made that clear a week after the national championship game.
00:20And, you know, some of the comments that they made.
00:23And, you know, we've said it before, we're not defending national champions because we're not defending anything.
00:29You know, they can't take the trophy away.
00:31We're looking to attack and win a championship with this team.
00:34And so that started in the offseason and it's continuing in through July.
00:38I think we've had a great offseason.
00:39But now we need to have a great August as we head into this first game against Texas.
00:44Yeah, and I hope they lose to Texas, to be honest with you.
00:49I think that would be a fantastic way to kick off the season.
00:52And he also has lost four straight to Michigan.
00:54So they were going to fire him.
00:56And then they won the national championship.
00:59He's 70 and 10 at Ohio State.
01:02He should not be fired.
01:04Every time he loses to Michigan, they want to fire him.
01:08It's the same kind of craziness in college basketball, like at Kentucky, et cetera, where they think they're going to win every single game they play and win the national championship every year.
01:18It's ridiculous.
01:19But they got a whole new team, a whole new quarterback.
01:22They still have Smith, which is a problem for everybody.
01:25That kid's the best receiver in college football.
01:28And we'll see if this kid, Sam, can get him the ball.
01:32Look, Arch Manning can, you know, the game is at Columbus.
01:37So, as usual, a nice, cushy home game at the Shoe for the Buckeyes.
01:41They're hard to beat in that stadium.
