00:23And then you're like, all right, now here he comes in with Tatum the following year.
00:26I also don't know how much is left in the tank in Lillard.
00:30He had a good statistical year this year, but at his age and coming off the injury,

00:36How many guys had really good years or careers after an Achilles injury?

00:56Also, the Celtics can look at it and say, see, we're interested in guys.

01:02But it would have been a lot to ask of him, too.
01:04You know, he understands he's coming off of surgery.
01:06He understands he's a little bit older.
01:08He understands he's not the greatest defender.
01:10But how does he do accepting that role of the sixth man?

01:13When you're a superstar, it's probably tough to take that step back.

01:17Because I wonder, you know, how is he going to fit it?
01:20Like, could you even play him and Pritchard together?
01:22Like, or would teams just sort of abuse that, you know, like having like the one small guard?
01:26And Pritchard does what he can defensively, but you can only do so much at that size.
01:30So, yeah, I mean, you know, Lillard will go and, you know, hopefully he comes back.
01:34It's good for the NBA if you like the more good players you have.
01:36But I don't think him being here was the right fit, was the right answer or anything like that.
01:43So that's now gone.
