00:10You know, Hugo Gonzalez looks like a find at 28 for Brad Stevens,
00:14and I think you've got to give Missoula credit for developing these guys
00:17and getting them to play hard every night,
00:18and it's not a guarantee they're going to win a title.
00:21It's not a guarantee they're going to go on a deep run,
00:23but they are fun to watch.
00:25They're worth investing in, meaning as a fan, investing your time in,
00:29and, yeah, they have way more.
00:32They have a deeper and better roster than I ever would have thought they'd have
00:35losing all the guys they lost a year ago, and last night really illustrates.
00:38I mean, it really is crazy to think of a job that Brad Stevens has done
00:41over the last few years, and as somebody who thought he'd be back in coaching
00:46like maybe a year or two after being a GM, I'm so wrong.
00:50Like, he's been excellent at this.
00:52You know, when he was allowed to spend big money, he went out there and did so
00:56and got a lot of great players, and they won a title.
00:58Then when he was told you can't spend any money, he said, okay,
01:01and he moved on from a bunch of pieces, but then he's still getting good players.
01:06And, like, I know Cato was on the team the year before,
01:08but he saw something in him, and he's turned into a good player.
01:12Then he trades Drew Holiday for Simons.
01:14He kind of sits on Simons for a little bit, plays Simons for a while,
01:17and then trade deadline's approaching, finds a great swap, and moves on from him.
01:22So it's like he got probably the best return he could have gotten for Drew Holiday,
01:25and then he took that return and got probably the best return he could have gotten for Simons,
01:30and now the team fits really well together.
01:33And then throw in, like, Hugo Gonzalez, who I don't expect to be great every single night,
01:38but getting him where you got him and just, like, add him to the mix,
01:41we didn't even think he was going to be, like, a contributor to the team.
01:43He was awesome last year.
01:44He was.
