00:00I think Australia has the largest single country delegation to this meeting.
00:05More than 22 companies, around 40 people.
00:09Virtually all of our states are involved here.
00:12And there's a reason for that.
00:13So we strongly support India's drive towards renewables.
00:18That's very important for India, it's very important for the world.
00:22And Australia is a bit special because we have very complementary capabilities.
00:26We are very strong in minerals and metals that are essential for battery storage.
00:32We're very strong in skills and capabilities.
00:34Our universities and our technical colleges are very important for upskilling an Indian population for the new green energy revolution.
00:43And we also have a very high level of green tech.
00:48Now, Australia is a place with a large amount of innovation, but our population is small.
00:53And we're a long way from major supply chains.
00:57India is a place where the population is big.
01:00And this is a place where Australian innovation can scale and globalise.
01:05And that's why we're going very big here on India Energy Storage Week.
