00:00I know that the mirror can reach other universes, but I'm just glad that the figure made it to us.
00:04Here's your look at the brand new Mattel He-Man and the Master Universe cartoon collection,
00:08Grizzlore Harry Henchman of the Evil Horde.
00:23It's an exciting time to be a Master Universe fan.
00:26For longtime fans and for a new generation of kids who love the action adventure,
00:29it's time to experience the thrilling action and adventure of He-Man's Skeletor,
00:33the secrets of Castle Greyskull, and much more.
00:36The figures in this collection stand 5.5 inches tall and have 16 movable joints,
00:41so they're highly poseable for imaginative and action-oriented fun.
00:44I think Catalyst would have been a whole lot happier if Grizzlore kept his paws off his mirror.
00:48Before though we look at the mirror, let's take the tape measure, shall we?
00:51Shall we?
00:52And see how tall a new cartoon collection, Princess of Power, Grizzlore stands.
00:56We seem to be adding a whole lot of Horde as of late.
00:59Have you noticed that?
01:00I have certainly noticed that.
01:01As for the figure's height, though, before we bring in the other members of the Horde,
01:04Grizzlore, yeah, is going to stand at 6 inches in height,
01:07working out to be a figure, muchachos, that stands 15 centimeters tall.
01:12Yes.
01:12As for the other members of the Horde, as promised,
01:15here's what Grizzlore looks like with Hordak.
01:17A little bit tad shorter, but he's still using, obviously,
01:20the same kind of body proportions and the same kind of frame.
01:23Here's also what he looks like with Leech, if I can get him to balance.
01:26Hey, okay, all right.
01:27Here's also Catra over here.
01:30Let's as well bring over Antenna.
01:32You, humbled reviewer, I couldn't help but notice you're kind of hogging a whole lot of space over here.
01:36What's going on over here?
01:38Hold on a second.
01:38Here's also what he looks like with Shira.
01:40Okay, for that space that's off to the side here, I've got a couple of examples.
01:45I've got to get Shira to stand.
01:47There we go.
01:48Got some examples of Grizzlore.
01:49First, obviously, here's what the figure.
01:51Oh, that could have been disastrous.
01:52Here's what he looks like along with his origin self.
01:55And hey, why not?
01:56Here's also what he looks like with the Masterverse, Grizzlore.
01:59This mirror, by the way, comes from the episode of He Ain't Heavy.
02:02And Grizzlore, he ain't heavy when it comes to the accessories.
02:05In fact, actually, outside of just the paper pamphlet that I'm only going to discard anyways,
02:09comes in clear with a mini-comic.
02:10We've already done that already.
02:12And then he only just has really the mirror.
02:14First, the paper pamphlet.
02:15Discarded, though, quickly.
02:16I'm going to open this up just to kind of show you guys what everything looks like.
02:19Yeah, everything that's in gray.
02:21Take a good gander at that.
02:23Everything that's in gray can be popped, can be swapped, can be changed around with other
02:27cartoon collection figures, or for that matter, Origins figures, because they are using
02:31the same ball joints.
02:39The figure does also come included with a mini-comic.
02:44Now, if you have been following along this channel, as of late, especially, we've already
02:48had a look at Orko.
02:49We've still yet to look at Fangman and Grizzlore.
02:52If you're currently with your eyes open right now, or just even hearing me talking, we are
02:55doing Grizzlore right now.
02:56So these are the...
02:58I guess the only other figure that we're going to be looking at is Fangman.
03:02Fangman.
03:02You're welcome.
03:03On the inside of the comic, it does advertise not really so much She-Ra.
03:09There's a whole lot more of He-Man, and also there's Teela.
03:12Also, what's really cool is the new adventures of He-Man.
03:15I'm looking forward to new adventures of He-Man, even if just we get He-Man and Skeletor.
03:19That's just enough for me.
03:20The Cosmic He also does make an appearance there as well.
03:23For those that like the original...
03:24What was it?
03:2487?
03:25Might not have been 87.
03:26The Master Universe live-action movie.
03:29It's referenced there as well.
03:31Frost is in there too.
03:31What else do we have going on down here?
03:34Some Red Horde Troopers.
03:36A whole lot of stuff.
03:36There's a whole lot of stuff going on with what very little pages we have of the mini-comic.
03:41I'm not going to discard this.
03:42I'm going to just move it off to the side here.
03:44Okay.
03:44So the figure does, yes, come included with the mirror.
03:47Now, the mirror itself, the Moon mirror, does take place in the episode of He Ate Heavy,
03:52where Catalyst does...
03:53He's a wizard that basically has this mirror, and the mirror has the ability...
03:57You'll notice, though, that I'm trying not to tip the mirror towards me.
03:59Just for the fright I'm sure you guys would end up seeing, everybody would just like...
04:02Turn to stone.
04:05I don't want that to happen.
04:06But the Moon mirror would basically allow the Possessor to go to anywhere in the universe.
04:12I think Hordak has the plan to basically use the Moon mirror to overthrow Horde Prime.
04:17The mirror itself does look like that of the actual cartoon episode.
04:21One thing at least, though, is that Grizzlor does appear in He Ate Heavy.
04:24The Shadow Weaver does also appear in that episode, so I hope that maybe that's a tease that
04:30He Ate Heavy will also bring us in Shadow Weaver, even though, really, Shadow Weaver has appeared
04:35in other episodes.
04:36The mirror itself, though, does have a mirrored sticker on the top.
04:41I honestly, though, I mean, if to kind of look at this figure, and I think to myself,
04:45okay, everything right now is sort of based within the realm of the cartoons, right?
04:50I don't know if I would have used a mirror-finished sticker.
04:54And I'm not just saying that because, again, I just don't want you guys looking at my ugly mug.
04:57I would have not probably used, though, a metallic sticker.
05:00What I probably would have done, though, is I would have used a sticker where it looked
05:03like the mirror was glowing, like glowing blue.
05:05That's what I would have done myself.
05:06But, I mean, for it being a mirror, it does what it needs to do.
05:09It reflects whatever surface, good or bad, you happen to be putting in front of the mirror.
05:14Anyways, though, let's put that in Grizzlor's hands.
05:18I mean, he can grip the mirror fairly well.
05:20This reminds me of a time I was dating a vampire girl.
05:24She ended up leaving me because she thought I couldn't really see the real her.
05:28Only really when it came to a mirror.
05:30This mirror, of course, can also fit into his other hand as well,
05:33being that he does have gripping hands on both sides.
05:35Let's plug that in place.
05:36There we go.
05:38Yeah, he holds the mirror fine.
05:40You could technically also put it underneath his arm, I guess, as well.
05:43Just kind of do it like this.
05:44We're not going to spend a whole lot of time, even though I really do.
05:46I really am spending a whole lot of time.
05:49Let's just leave it.
05:51Throw it over there.
05:52Maybe not throw it so far.
05:53If that happens to shatter, even though it's a mirrored sticker,
05:56would that be like half the amount of bad luck?
05:58It was seven years bad luck if you break a real mirror.
06:00Would a sticker mirror give you maybe half that time or maybe just a sliver of time?
06:04I'd be really fine if it was just a one year of bad luck.
06:08I seem to be living that right now.
06:09Everybody else that's currently watching this video is currently in the worst year of their life,
06:14at least the worst day of their life.
06:15Stop that.
06:17As for Grizzlor, Grizzlor looks very much like he does in the cartoon.
06:20Grizzlor is a little bit different than obviously the Origins Grizzlor,
06:24who's a lot furrier here.
06:26But, you know, again, he's a cool looking character.
06:28He gargles a lot when he speaks.
06:31He has a lot of still things that carry over to this version of Grizzlor,
06:34like, for example, the horde crest there on the front of his chest,
06:37as opposed to it being yellow on the Origins.
06:39The cartoon collection does it, though, in black.
06:42Now, really, he is using an Origins cartoon body.
06:45You would have to just basically...
06:46See, there's a seam right here.
06:48I'm not going to pry this.
06:49I'm not going to be the joker that does that and then can't get everything back together.
06:53But that basically would just pry off.
06:55They're doing that also, I believe, with Fangman,
06:57where basically it's just a cartoon body.
06:59It's just so much easier just to tool this part than tooling a brand new body by scratch.
07:04Again, if you wanted to peel this off,
07:05you would basically only be revealing underneath a cartoon body.
07:08But that just basically detaches right there.
07:10Just lift this all up, take this off.
07:13The lower half of his body, though, basically just gets his furry loincloth.
07:16He's got some cool sculpted in there, horde symbols on his boots.
07:20I like the coloring of him also as well.
07:22Like, it's a...
07:23I don't know what you would really call that, like a brownish beige.
07:26And then obviously he's got the brown for his fur.
07:27The fur for his torso is pretty close as well for his head.
07:32I don't know in the actual cartoon whether his neck would be furry.
07:35I think it isn't.
07:36I think it isn't.
07:37It kind of is just really kind of a cowl crown piece.
07:40And then his torso is the thing that's also fur.
07:43I think he's supposed to really have that little bit of neck visible.
07:46So, kind of really like Skeletor for that matter.
07:49For the figure's articulation, Grislor.
07:51I would have normally been able to say that his head would rotate all the way around.
07:55You could try to do that, but it gets a bit tight.
07:59A bit, bit tight.
08:00Head looks up, looks down.
08:01Back and forth a little bit also as well.
08:03I really like that face, though, for Grislor.
08:06Man, oh man, oh man.
08:09Arms, I would normally have also been able to say would rotate all the way around.
08:12But because he's got this fur sticking out the sides of his shoulders, you can't quite
08:16fully get that full round and round rotation.
08:19However, though, you can bring the arms out.
08:22I've noticed, though, that they're really tight.
08:23This arm, especially tight on Grislor.
08:27This arm isn't so bad.
08:29For the biceps, he doesn't have really any bicep swivel.
08:32That's basically all being occupied currently by his forearm.
08:35The forearm, yes, does rotate all the way around.
08:37All the way around.
08:39There's a hinge back and forth there is also.
08:40You can rotate the hand all the way around.
08:42Hinging back and forth.
08:44Standard level of articulation, fellas.
08:45So, I mean, again, if you've seen every other review that I've done or every other person's
08:49review of cartoon collection figures, they have all the same levels of posability.
08:52You can rotate that torso all the way around.
08:54You can split the legs.
08:55There's ball joints working behind the scenes.
08:57You take the legs and move forward.
08:58You can move them back.
09:00That's a nice, good swivel.
09:02Not enough to really be able to rotate the leg, but at least to feel like you can do something.
09:06Small accomplishments create large goals.
09:08Oh, hey, that's deep.
09:10Deep as well is also the cut that he has for his knee.
09:12It allows the knee to bend about that far.
09:14He has also swivels in his boots, hinging back and forth in his feet, and his tootsies.
09:20I guess his tootsies would really be the end.
09:22His big, giant, man, I don't know if I'd really want to get this close to Grizzlor's feet,
09:27but the ankle back and forth.
09:28There's also technically as well peggles and bombs of his feet as well.
09:32Well welcomed.
09:33Well welcomed is Grizzlor as part of my cartoon collection figures.
09:36I'd still, though, think like there's something to be said about the original.
09:39And again, I say Grizzlor being the original, only really being the origins, because I don't
09:44have the vintage Grizzlor.
09:45But something, though, to be said about Grizzlor having still fur on his body, you know, making
09:50up, you know, playing into the idea that these figures could have then gimmicks.
09:53I always really liked the idea that Grizzlor could have fur on his body.
09:57Granted, though, the master furs didn't unfortunately do that, didn't deliver it 100%.
10:01He managed to pull it off, though, for his torso, and then sort of done something very
10:05similar to the cartoon collection by only sculpting the fur on his head.
10:08The new cartoon collection, though, does, yeah, include the mirror as well.
10:12The moon mirror is a nice little touch.
10:13Again, I don't know.
10:14I probably would have not used a metallic, like a, you know, mirror sticker on that.
10:19I would have probably just used a blue sticker, so it looks like the mirror can actually glow.
10:23Oh, hold on a second there.
10:25Yeah, the mirror is a nice touch.
10:26At least it's in an episode that Grizzlor does appear in.
10:29Also that cartoon episode, although, you know, it's not the only episode that she's appeared
10:32in as well.
10:33But also, Shadow Weaver does make an appearance at the beginning when she comes in to help
10:39steal the mirror.
10:40I do hope, though, that we eventually get ourselves a cartoon collection Shadow Weaver.
10:43I do think, though, that Mattel has already announced that or has teased a cartoon collection
10:47Shadow Weaver.
10:48I hope that certainly that's the case, that we get one not only cartoon collection, but
10:52also backing it just a bit.
10:54I hope we will also get one for the Origins as well.
10:56Luckily for this magic storyteller, I didn't have to bridge the mirror to the doomed dimension
11:00to get my hands on Grizzlor, or Fangman, for that matter.
11:03Yeah, Entertainment Earth has listings up right now for both the figures if you're looking
11:06to get your hands on them.
11:08Speaking of getting hands on things, as you can see, Grizzlor seems to be sneaking away
11:12with the moon mirror.
11:13At least, though, you have a character that appears in the episode of He Ain't Heavy, so
11:17to give him a moon mirror makes sense.
11:19I don't know if it makes really much sense to give him a mirror sticker, though, on the
11:23mirror, when really better choices I think could have been chosen, like a glowing blue
11:27sticker, or even like when it does connect to the doomed dimension, sort of has like
11:31a rippling, kind of like a drain, like a, I guess like a black hole.
11:35That would have been a much cooler, I think, application of a sticker, rather than going
11:39with something a little bit more realistic, like a mirror finish.
11:41I'm not just, by the way, saying this, just because I don't want you guys looking at what
11:44my ugly mug would look like.
11:45Everybody would turn to stone.
11:49What do you guys think of Grizzlor?
11:50Let me know down below in the comments section.
11:52What other cartoon collection figures would you guys like to see get released?
11:55Let me also know, if you guys have also enjoyed the video, you can do it a solid, of course,
12:00and throw it a like.
12:01You guys want to stick around for more, so?
12:03I hope so.
12:04I hope, I hope so.
12:05Hit that subscribe, of course, turn on that bell, and stick around.
12:07We're wrapping up things right now for a guy that's about to have seven years bad luck
12:11if he runs into Shearer or Bo, but we will also be looking at Fangman.
12:15You're welcome.
12:16I'm not going to keep doing that joke, by the way.
12:18As always, guys, thanks for watching.
12:19See you guys next time.
12:25We'll see you next time.
