00:00Good morning from Download Festival. My name is Benjamin Jackson from Derby World and yeah,

00:13I haven't had much sleep to be honest with you. Last night was absolutely, for lack of a better

00:17word, buzzing. Vengaboys were playing at 10.30 and I'll be honest with you, by the time we

00:23arrived inside the campsite itself there was a lot of people singing Vengaboys, so to the

00:29metal community, beautiful, beautiful representation. As you can see we're just

00:34outside of the arena today, you can in a lot of the sunshine as well, a big one

00:40for us today, it's a bit of a nostalgia trip to be honest with you, as you can see

00:44Green Day, Weezer, Jimmy Eat World all playing on the Apex stage today, Green

00:49Day being their headliners of course, couple of other bands across the other

00:53stages as well. Will my rumor that Chino Marino could appear with Weezer be a

00:59thing? I only say this because there's an awful lot of Deftone shirts around

01:03Download Festival today, maybe it's an awful lot of people with good taste, but

01:08anyway, bit of precaution for you now, it's gonna be a high of 23, they're gonna be

01:12expecting some sunny intervals, slip, slap, slap, otherwise you'll end up like me

01:17looking like a bit of a lobster boy. Also a bit of spare information if you are

01:21camping around the black campsite, those floodlights are merciless, so bring

01:26yourself an eye mask if you can, or something to wrap around your eyes so

01:29you can get a decent night's sleep, maybe a couple of earplugs if the lullabies of

01:33the drunken throng of masses singing Vengaboys, or probably Green Day tonight

01:37isn't gonna help you out, but um yeah, we'll be back tomorrow, another weather
