00:38That's all you can ever ask for as a manager. Cheltenham was a special club. It lived within its means. Great people there. Very, very small team. I enjoyed my time there. Still gutted, actually, we missed out staying up.
00:51Speed bumps are always in the way. You get your business done as quickly as you possibly can but it has to be the right players. That sometimes can take time because sometimes we just had a recruitment meeting there where the better players are on hold because they want to stay higher up at the pyramid.
01:05And Bristol City's George Tanner has made clear that despite him being a defender, he would like to add more goals to his game having scored twice towards the end of last season in the Championship as Bristol City got into the playoffs.
01:19Yeah, I mean, lucky to score two great goals this season. It'd be great to knock in a few more goals next season. But yeah, I mean, I am a defender and that's what I sort of pride myself on. But it's nice to score goals as well. And it's something, you know, I've been trying to add to my game.
01:40Every year in this division, it seems to get tougher and tougher and more competitive. But the same can sort of be said for this football club. You know, we've moved our league finishes up every year and the levels seem to have gone up. How do you feel that you've fared throughout that change?
01:55I think it's been great. Yeah, I think obviously a few years ago we weren't so competitive. I think since Nagaf has come in, we've, you know, we've improved so much as a team. And I think last season to make the playoffs, you know, it's been massive for the club.
