00:00Bristol Rovers head coach Daryl Clarke has spoken of a manic period at the club since he returned to take charge.
00:09They have not yet won a game since the season started.
00:13Yeah, it's been a manic period. There's been quite a few changes at the training ground, obviously changes in personnel.
00:22A lot of changes in what I want the culture and the environment to be.
00:26But I think testament to the lads, really, and all the staff. We've got a lot of new staff, a few new players, obviously, in the building.
00:32And it's gone really well on a lot of aspects of that, so I've been pretty pleased regarding the environment, shall we say.
00:40So, yeah, plenty of work to keep continuing to that, to make sure the non-negotiables are met with the way they do things, the way they go about our business, but I've been pleased with it.
00:50Yeah, with the culture, is that ongoing, getting it how you like it, or have you managed to get that sorted from day one, if you like?
00:57Yeah, I think you've got to get the lads to understand our work, but most of the time when you come into the club, the players have done their own work on who the managers come in.
01:07You know, I've managed a lot of players now in the low leagues of the EFL, so word quickly gets around.
01:14And Adam Randall has made clear that he has settled in well to life at Bristol City, with the Robins having made a positive start to the championship season, despite only drawing against Charlton Athletic most recently.
01:28Yeah, I'm doing well, thanks. Yeah, I feel like I've settled in well. I feel like it's been made easy for me. Everyone who's asked me that question, I've said the same thing.
01:36It's been made to be really easy by all the lads, all the staff. They've made me feel really welcome, and yeah, it's been really good the first couple of months.
01:43Which is definitely what, I think most clubs you'd expect that from it, but as a player, there's got to be a little bit of, I guess, nervousness going into an unknown.
01:51You know a few of the players, I'm sure, but most of them you don't.
01:54Yeah, I didn't know any of the lads particularly. I knew of certain people, but I didn't know any of them. I've never played with any of them before coming in.
02:03And for me as well, being my first proper move, it was a bit of a weird one, but no, I feel like I've adapted well to it.
02:10And like I say, it can have been made much easier for me, to be honest.
